The best affordable gaming TV out there

But now that I had this product for more than three months, I can definitely say that this was a great buy. Image quality is amazing of course. Gaming mode is pretty awesome. Price is just ridiculous for what you get. People at BestBuy helped me all the way through, best place to get this TV.

Perfect Gaming TV

I decided to switch brands and originally was gonna give TCL a try as I was looking for a 120hz tv. After walking the store I stumbled upon the Hisense U8. I'm so glad I did the picture is so vibrant and bright and the frame rate is amazing with my PS5. I love this TV and the simplicity of the remote, the google OS is great. The sound is also amazing with the built in subwoofer.

Colors are great out of the Box. Contrast needs to be backed off a bit along with the color intensity but is very easy to adjust. When hooked up the the Sonos arc into the e-arc input sounds great and works seamlessly.

I use an antenna a lot, and the guide is OK. It doesn't update all of the channels as well as I'd like. Often, I need to access a channel for the guide to update. So, for channels 8.1 - 8.4 I need to tune into one of those for all of them to show information on the guide. Other than that, the menus are simple to use.

He could not see his old TV well. He loves his new TV! The colors are vivid, & the picture quality is such that he can easily see the images. Every time we go visit, he has us look at it. He's so pleased! So are we!

Great price, great TV

It lives up to all those positive reviews. I’m sure there are better tv’s out there, but for this I’m more than happy. The audio is very good and you can get away without a sound bar if you want.
