One problem that I am having is the eARC port keeps disconnecting from my Sonos Beam and won't allow it to reconnect. Having to shutdown the TV completely will sometimes fix the issue. New HDMI's and even Optical wont work. If you're using a sound bar, be warned!

I received a bad panel so returning for a new unit. Nevertheless, this TV is a bang for the buck!

I have my TV facing a big windows and the images are clear even with the reflection from the windows. The TV OS is also amazing, with Google TV its easy to navigate and it’s user friendly. I highly recommend it. Image 10/10. Upscaling 10/10. TV OS 10/10.

My only complaint is BestBuy themselves and how they handle deliveries. It was such a nightmare that I ended up having to go get it myself anyways. Recommend the TV, but do not recommend BestBuy delivery service and online portal.

Now the issue. We have had this tv for 2 weeks and it has frozen 3 time. The last time it froze we had to unplug it to fix the issue. Best Buy has a 15 day return window so this may be going back.

I had heard it doesn't have a great viewing angle but it's good for a wide open living area. Great quality motion and clarity. Good UI. Highly recommended.

Even in a room with lots of ambient lighting, colors with deep hues don’t lose their saturation and the results are truly mesmerizing.

Has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive tvs. Only thing better than this tv is the OLED models. You may need a sound bar for the quality of the sound, but for the average person the tv is nice and loud.
