    Got one home and there was A line going down the screen I got another one I've had it for a week and now I can't turn on the wifi can't seem to get any help fron Hisense either.

    Absolute TRASH. You have to set picture settings for every single movie. None of the applications follow a standard on its Google TV and when they do; like Dolby Vision or HDR10 etc.... Even those need adjusting. DO NOT BUY unless you plan on adjusting picture before every show. Streams look like trash. No way to tell without hours of research if it's the stream, the app or the TV. I should have stuck with Samsung. YOU WILL REGRET IT

    Tv is flickering black and white, 3× faulty unit

    Its less than two weeks old, and already failing. Out of 3 Hisense Tv's I've had, all 3 were broken/malfunctioning and had to be returned. I really like the value proposition Hisense is offering but thay doesnt matter if nothing works. I want to try one more time but how does thay saying go, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.. And here's the clincher: Thry wouldnt even give me my protection plan back.

    Bad T.V.

    The T.V. lasted 3 weeks and died. I had to call and request a replacement. The new T.V. was delivered Saturday, 6/1/24. Hopefully this will last as long if not longer as my other Hisense T.V.s. Thank you Best Buy for resolving my original concern in a timely fashion.

    BEST BUY CUSTOMER PRICE MATCH CONCERN-

    TV is great- Would buy it again. My concern is the fact that less than 29 days after purchase the TV price dropped by $200 and Best Buy customer service did not honor the price match guarantee due to semantics. Does not make sense and left me with a bad feeling about them which is disappointing. I will think twice before I give them my business again.

    The tv was not what was expected. Picture isn't as good as my previous tv, purchase several years ago. Plus it's sometimes glitchy moving in and between apps. Bestbuy gets a 1 star for this one too. Just outside of their 15 day window and they would not take a return for this item. Now i'm stuck with a tv in my living room that I hate.

    Had noting but trouble with this TV since the day I brought home. A month later I have received parts from Hisense and await a tech to install. Do not recommend.

    Great Picture Quality. Internet Connectivity Issue

    The picture quality is great! The sound is automated based on what you're watching. Sometimes it will get really soft or really loud after you've been watching awhile. It seems to have trouble instantly recognizing what you're watching to adjust the sound accordingly. I leave it on, because it sounds great once it's recognizes what you're watching and optimizes to your programming. There is also a slight issue with the Internet connectivity through an ethernet cable. When turning off the TV, it seems to not truly turnoff and only goes to sleep. Every time I turn the TV on after it's been off for awhile, it doesn't reconnect to the Internet through the ethernet cable. I have to restart the TV in order for the Internet to reconnect through the ethernet cable. However, when it's connected, it's fast. It just struggles with the initial connection to the ethernet cable. Haven't found a fix yet despite in-depth research. May have to call support to truly fix this.

    I bought this tv to replace a similar priced Samsung tv. This tv compliments my ps5 so well! Great refresh rate with awesome colors. Super bright display and deep blacks. 10/10

    Hisense for the WIN

    We went in to look at a new Samsung or LG TV but after seeing those versus this Hisense we went with the better picture and less expensive Hisense. I am honestly still surprised by the picture quality, Hisense has stepped up their game. We are going to be going back to buy another to replace our daughter’s old Samsung too.
