One really bothersome issue is that it randomly mutes on its own for 5 seconds randomly then fixes itself. I googled it and it's a known issue. Hisense gotta fix this issue!

I have had them all. Sound is average, but it has all the connections you want. I did have to call support today but they solved my problem.

When it worked it was beautiful; deep blacks, vivid colors, but when it didn't work it was beyond frustrating. Best Buy was great letting me return and exchange this TV for an LG C1 which I am much happier with, despite it costing more. Purchasing this one is a quality control gamble it would seem.

This company makes some of the best tvs you can buy but for a reasonable price.

I don’t understand what the annoying four bright leds are for on the front panel, but after trying to get them to stop coming on, I finally put a piece of electrical tape over them.

I just think the TV remote is a little ugly and isn't compatible with my soundbar

The first was purchased a year ago We liked it so much, we bought a 2d. Two weeks ago the 1st TV began turning itself on. I have tried everything except a hard reboot and can’t fix the problem. Absent this problem the unit is 5 stars. With the problem, I’m asking what disaster comes next. And, when will this problem crop up in the unit I just purchased in early November.

Works good for a year or two

Literally unusable on most days. Get Hisense if you’re buying a cheap TV cause it’s good for about a year or two, then the problems arise as the manufacturer warranty is up. $1000 TV and cant even use it and Hisense Support is no help. You’re lucky if you can speak to an actual human.
