I actually purchases for the basement for my young children and feel it is probably better than my Samsung Q 90

Highly recommend.

I contacted Hisense who sent a service guy to replace the main board and cables but it didn’t resolve the problem. Could be a setting but I’ve tried quite a few changes and still haven’t been able to fix

The big guys must pay a lot of money to keep this from people. Buy it and you will not believe it’s performance.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV about 5 months ago, and after 4 months, the "Black Screen of Death" due to their terrible hardware (which is a growing problem for Hisense). I talked Hisense, and they were some of the rudest people I've had to deal with. They kept giving me a round around to get the tv fixed on top of being rude and arguing with me about my purchase date (which I proved him wrong about). The TV has NO edge protection for the panelling. It's exposed except on the bottom. My kids ended up bumping that exposed paneling and put line in the screen, so Hisense said, oh, warranty is voided, good luck. The picture is great! But it's terribly built and put together. Do not buy a Hisense until they fix the "Black Screen of Death" or you'll be without a TV you just bought for weeks!
