    What an amazing TV! Do not hesitate! Buy it. It's so bright and the HDR is beautiful! Love that it has so many picture settings. Even the sound are amazing... It has a five band equalizer!

    Best gaming TV for under 2000. Has all the gaming features. Great picture. Sound is decent, but I have a sound bar system for better audio. Only negative I have noticed is occasional glitches in the menu system.

    Yes this TV looks amazing for the price. I got it to upgrade the TV for my gaming room. Xbox series X and computer with RTX3070. Unfortunately this model struggles to properly send anything over 100 fps. Kinda ruins the purpose of this tv being for gamers...When your FPS approaches 100fps the screen starts to flicker with white bars and makes games unplayable its so distracting. No update has fixed this. I have reached out to Hisense and they have told me 2x to install a firmware that is already installed on the TV. They are very much dragging their feet. Look up U8G screen flicker before buying. In retrospect I should have spent the extra money to get a LG. This has been a lot of headaches. Also issues with it losing input signal for no reason, in the middle of a game. And it likes to reboot on its own. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    So close, yet so far!

    Bright colors that pop off the screen, but... there terrible light bleed into the black bars. Whenever there was a bright object near the black bars, the bars would turn gray and hazy. This was unacceptable and made movies unwatchable. I even exchanged my first U8G and the second one had the exact same issue! I finally gave up on the U8G and got a TCL 646 and thankfully the black bars stay black, no matter what the content is.

    The picture on this tv is awesome. Its super bright, only thing wrong was i had excessive picture stutter, slow motion like affects. Hisense customer support sent me a new firmware which did not work, then they stopped responding. I ended up returning before i got stuck with it

    Anyone else have this major problem?

    Within the first 2 weeks of owning this TV, I would’ve given it five stars! But then the problems began. I feel like I’ve lost the operating system lottery. The first problem was exceptionally slow time to open apps. Some apps took upwards to six or seven minutes to download. After a few days and added to the first problem was the second problem. Once the app was finally downloaded after some time, it would pop out of the app and return to the homepage. Crazy? After a few days with the first and second problems nonstop, the third problem arose! When trying to open an app it would automatically drop and go back to the homepage, Time after time after time and then luckily on one attempt the app would open up. The third problem was instead of dropping the app and going to the homepage the TV just switched off! The first few weeks when I had no problems, I was using a Roku 4K ultra stick. When I took the 4K stick out and used android the problems began. I’ve tried to contact Hisense customer service and keep getting a recorded message that they can’t receive calls because of technical difficulties.

    Great picture quality... Nevertheless had to return because of a sound/ sound menu issue that was addressed multiple times with Hisence tech support. They were unable to resolve issue so I returned TV for refund.

    Got a non-answer to a simple direct question.

    When I asked if this TV had a wide viewing angle I got a deflective non-answer as they tried to steer me to a private chat out of view of the public answers to my question. Draw your own conclusion from that.

    Not worth $1300

    I was really excited to get this tv after reaearching for quite a while. Over my budget but decided to splurge on myself. The local dimming is atrocious. I bought this tv mainly because it has 360 dimming zones thinking that would take care of blooming and light bleed. Upon turning it on, I was very disappointed. It reminded me of my 2017 Vizio M series. I'm definitely bummed out. First time buying a Hisense but will be returning for a TCL unfortunately. On paper, this tv seems like a unicorn but in practice, it's a hobbled donkey. The one positive note is that the speakers are actually pretty good.

    Trying to get the Tv

    First of all this is more on the bestbuy shopping experience. Ordered the tv, scheduled the delivery to have it canceld 3 times with me having to call ech te to find out why! No calls to me and no emails. Short answer from them is we do t know where the tv is.
