Graphics are good but there is a very slight delay in the pictures that is barely noticeable to the average eyes.

It came with a pamphlet that said you could get a4 year warranty . Hisense REFUSES to honor it! Good luck with service if your TV dies for ANY REASON. This TV is only 2 years old. It now sits in our office floor!

Sound is random, meaning sometimes channel is loud, sometimes quiet so I have to constantly have the remote to turn up or down when I’m watching the same thing. There’s random pops of loud sounds which I wish could be fixed. Picture quality is great.
