    Its good for the price. Sound and picture quality are nowhere close to Samsung/LG 4K QLED TV's, but it does the job. The Google OS is slow, not sure if its just with this brand or a generic Google OS issue since ive had the same issue on a TCL and Philips TV too.

    The TV quality is horrible. Easy to mount, nice thin frame but quality, functionality, and user friendliness is not worth the money.

    Its a great tv for the price but i would think that pricesvon alot of your inventory should cone dowm very dramatic just because the economy is crap diesnt mean we dont deserve a great deal its ince a year

    Blurry TV and Shadow at top of TV

    Out of the box the TV was blurry from day one and now a week in a dark shadow at the top of the TV appeared and won’t go away. Will be returning the TV and buying Samsung.

    Hisense speaker problem

    The audio had a sporadic popping noise. They changed out the TV and the new did the same thing. I finally am having it replaced with a TCL brand TV. The first 2 had the same manufacturing date.

    i love hisense tvs. its my second one and it broke down a week before warranty expired. to get it fixed or get someone to help was a major struggle. best buy doesnt cover hisense warranty therefore you have to deal with hisense directly and their customer service is a disaster. first u need to show receipts serial number etc send photos then they have to send you someone local and wait for them to tell u when u can get an appointment..then over a week later some comes and if they cant fix the tv at moment at your place they will destroy it on sight then you have to wait more emails from hisense to see if they can get you the same tv you had..if not they will reimbursed you.. the whole thing takes at least 3 weeks to find that out. then if they reimburse you it takes another 3 to 4 weeks to get the check..its a total hassle to deal with.

    When I bought it it said a rate of 120hz and it only shows at 60hz there are not many options to change the screen resolution I am not very satisfied with this purchase

To reduce judder/ display motion blur, Motion Enhancement (image interpolation) doubles the motion rate to 120 Hz by creating new frames and inserting them in-between frames.     Tv reboots quite often or send error and goes back to Home Screen. Tried connecting external media and wouldn’t play it
