    The picture is great other than that this TV cannot download Android apps I need the Spectrum TV app but this tv cannot get that app. And I wanted to get rid of the cable box. But I cannot do that now I should of bought a Samsung TV

    I bought tv and the picture on it is bad im not sure about black light but i can tell you the advertisement picture looks real good but im person its bad can see a rainbow and greyish at bottom of tv and one side the other side is dark plus nowere on box does it say qled only quantum dot not sure if that means qled but all the other TVs that they sell at Best buy that have the qled it's on the box so I'm thinking this is a knockoff of what they're selling I will be returning.

    Do Not Purchase If You Don’t Have A Computer And F

    Recently purchased this tv, it keeps making a popping noise. When trying to get into contact with Hisense customer service, it’s like jumping through hoops just to get ahold of someone. Instead of honoring the warranty, they say we need to update the tv by using a computer and flash drive. Don’t have either of those, it’s insane how many steps they require for you to “fix” it / update.

    The worse buy better describe the company

    It came out of the box broken. And because I was not offered warranty protection for this item by Best Buy, I am dealing with the manufacture who has taken me through so many loops and is now ghosting me! With all considered I believe that Best Buy was intentional to not offer me warranty on this bad product!

    I had to Assist the delivery driver with the merchandise which comes in a HUGE BOX.. Also used my own appliance dolly from my garage because the wheel was broken on the 1 on the vehicle... Was told i would be compensated up to 20% off next order since i was noce enuf to help and not see my own equipment damaged because the driver had no help.

    Constant screen burn

    Good Price, but not a good product. After mounting to the wall, I now have to return. Very frustrating. There is constant screen burn. You can see a screen behind what you are watching, from what you were previously watching. It is very annoying. Have to turn tv off to let settle. Skip this TV

    Great price on the 75inch QLED. Too bad it was for junk in the box. I picked up the tv from the store to avoid damage from bouncing around in a trailer all day. No visible damage to the box or the tv. Plugged it in, saw some white lines, and then it shut off. Nothing to be done about it but return it. Wasted a day off with this junk.
