    I had to return my first purchase of this tv because it because the picture became pixelated within 2 weeks. The second tv works great for now.

    I was extremely happy with Best Buy Geek Squad for a pleasant, neat, socially distant and timely installation. The TV worked great for about two weeks then I started having issues with blue screen and being unable to turn it on without first rebooting by unplugging it. Waiting on Hisense to evaluate via technical support. I let them know a few days ago and again today. Hopefully it can be resolved or replaced.

    I really wanted to like this tv. It is reasonably priced and comes with great features. The problem is it runs slow and doesn't like for you to go from one application to another. The sound is nice but anything over 8 will be SO loud for no reason.
