It allows you to easily access your favorite streaming apps by allowing you to directly connect to wifi. Customer service was also excellent. I would highly recommend!

Tv came with a one year warranty and was fixed, but still a bummer. Luckily it failed within the warranty period.

This TV stopped working after 3 months. Tried to contact HISENSE Support as advised by Geek Squad to get it fixed and after 3 attempts of them taking care of it, they never followed up or fixed it. Now I have a 11 month peace of furniture lock in my wall doing nothing because nobody can take care of it, regardless of the protection plans payed.
