Just a little budget TV.

The bezels are much larger and looks like an older TV. The picture quality is also not great at all. It says it has full array but does not have any local dimming so there is very poor blacks on this display. If your just looking for a huge TV and that's all it will serve its purpose . Went back to tcl better quality .

Horrible Customer Service on Protection Plan

Currently having to reschedule for geek squad to come out (i bought the protection plan) and has been almost 2 weeks without a tv in my living room. if this is what the protection plan's service is like I regret buying from best buy

Won’t turn on with remote have to unplug

We have to climb on entertainment center to unplug after off for a few hours to get it to turn on and bought only 6 months ago. After spending hours trying to get through to the manufacturing company was told they would call back by the end of the day with a resolution but no response yet. Becoming a hazard since now my kids will climb on entertainment center too to get it on before we know they are doing it. Too late to return to Best Buy sadly. Don’t get unless u buy the warranty.

I called the company and they explained how to fix it over sandisk but luckily i knew how to do the downloading from the website and unzip the files. If this was an elderly person who couldnt do that they would be screwed and out the money.
