BAD DEAL

No pop to the pic

Buyer Beware

I bought this TV in August 2020 and it seemed to work great for about a year and then started to glitch at the around October 2021. I thought it was the remote needing new batteries but the tv itself stopped responding. So we’d unplug it and try to turn it in again. Now after only having it for less then 2 years the backlight is out. If you shine a flashlight straight into the screen you can see the display options. My sister bought the same one a few weeks after I did and hers stopped working completely a week before mine kicked the bucket!

Only lasted two years

AVOID HISENSE.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product force updated to a software version that bricked the t.v. my solution was to reset the software update, and block the URL the update originated from, then 17 months after the purchase date, and 5 months after warranty expiration, the T.V. failed entirely, and now when i power it on, the power LED just blinks repeatedly. While the T.v. was working, you could see several dim circles in the panel, particularly in low light situations, panel just had very uneven lighting.

Poor TV Quailty & Poor BBY Service

The red power light comes on and then it is just a black screen. Hisense only has a 1 year manufacturer warranty. We bought a $199 total tech, but apparently it was only good for a year before it needed to be renewed. Now Total Tech is two years and I am stuck with a two year old TV that is mounted to my wall that doesn't work. Unhappy customer.

Garbage

After calling numerous times and a month later I was able to get someone out to repair it. Fast forward to July 2022 and the tv again will not turn on again. This tv is less then two years old and for the second time it is not working. I will never buy a Hisense product again and will just purchase the more expensive but better quality Sony tv’s from now on

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had the tv now for 2 years, and generally liked it....sometimes the entire picture would be purple/pink, in which case restarting it, or unplugging the hdmi would fix it...i dealt with it as it was an easy work around....but just 2 days ago the led backlight went out and ive only owned the tv for 2 years...of course its out of warranty and im basically screwed...wont go with hisense again.
