    I have had this set for only a year and a half and within the first year the mainboard died and was replaced under warranty though we were without a TV for weeks before hisense got someone to fix the set. Now just over 6 months later it appears the backlight has died, of course out of warranty. I have a visio, Sony, LG, and Samsung that are all well over 3-5 years old with no issues which makes me question the quality of the brand.

    Purchased this on July 13 and delivered on July 24, 2021. After one year exactly, today (July 24th 2022) our TV stopped working all of a sudden. Hisense refuses to help since we are a couple days outside of the warranty. Don’t recommend!!! They WILL break after usage. Money is better spent on a higher quality TV, and we are out the money we originally spent now.

    Don't waste your time. I bought two TV's. A 75 inch and a 55 inch. The 75 inch lost picture within 19 months. I called HiSense Customer service and they said it was past the manufacturer date and could not help!!. The TV is less than 2 yrs old. So basically i am out $700. Save yourselves the time and money and look at other Brands that stand behind thier product.

    Dispute the full array lighting, the picture could be a lot better. My old 1080 Sony looks a lot better. Sometimes the tv freezes when you first turn it on and try to open Netflix and even the volume will have a big delay. Seems like it has a really cheap processor. I was talked into buying this by a best buy employee. Kinda wish I hadn’t now. And with best buys very short return policy it’s to late to take it back.

    hard to install Alexa

    This Tv is the lamest TV I had ever bought, very poor quality. Trying to install Alexa takes you to another website with all kinds of add ons and downloads and they are only expansions looks like they are companies who are paying Hisense to place all these advertisements very bad so at the end, I had to give up and didn't complete the Alexa installation, sound is ok and the picture is alright, not thrilled about it

    Do not buy this tv. I’ve had it for less 11 months and now I can’t use it because the firmware will not update. I’ve contacted Hisense and got absolutely no help. I contacted geek squad and that person was useless. Do not buy this tv

    This garbage tv doesn't have apple TV or roku TV available either in the google app store nor is it built into the TV. How is it possible in 2020 that these apps are not built in or available in the app store. Android or not this should be available without having to buy additional devices. NEVER AGAIN. TCL, LG, VIZIO, SAMSUNG, ETC.ETC. ALL HAVE THESE APPS AVAILABLE! GARBAGE

    Very poor quality, not worth owning. I have a vertical black line that conveniently appeared after my return date had passed. I really have zero confidence in this TV. Would not recommend. Online reviews seem like it's a good value, but if you look at the Hisense Facebook page, you'll realize how bad the company really is

    The TV was worth the price when I first got it, it wasn't anything special but it got the job done. But as soon as it was one year old the TV completely went out and it has to be replaced. Avoid this brand if possible go with someone who has better quality control.

    Quit working after 8 months

    The TV quit working after 8 months. There was an update that was sent and the unit couldn't perform the update and now it's not powering on. It was stuck in a loop, trying to install the update. I was told that a firmware to fix the problem will be sent to me, but I still haven't received it.

    Do not buy this TV, it is slow to respond to the remote, the apps force close all the time. After it's been on all day it freezes up and won't respond unless you unplug it for 15 mins

    Ive had this tv exactly a year and the led light(s) went out. Make sure to get an extended warranty if you decide to go this route. The sound was in and out 8-10 months in. 12-13 months led light(s) went out. Incan still hear it but that it. :(:(:(:(:(:(
