I love my tv. It has a good picture. It's not too hard for me to navigate through the apps and I am not a big technology person.

Very massive!!! This thing is a great 4k set at a very affordable price. It has great streaming options built in and the speakers are really loud, enough so that you will not need a soundbar! HD content looks nice but 4K HDR is where this set shines! Definitely comparable to the likes of Vizio and TCL. Don't let the brand fool you, this is a phenomenal set at a fantastic price. Whole lotta TV for a little money!!

Great TVs for the price. I like the Dolby vision. The sound on the speakers are just okay but for sure need a sound bar

Beautiful picture. Amazing. The processor in the TV? It sucks. The TV can be smart, but if it crashes when you try to use the apps on it, it's not so great. We've tried a fire stick and FireTV Cube in order to use the TV the way it's intended to be used. The HDMI ports routinely just stop working. That means clearing the cache and possibly factory resetting it to see if, maybe, the HDMI port will allow a streaming device to work. Most of the time it doesn't mind a gaming system, which doesn't make much sense. 18 months old, seemed to be going really well with the FireTV Cube for a bit. The TV had already killed two firesticks. Boom. HDMI ports stopped working again. Unplug, wait, plug back in. HDMI ports still don't work. Not surprising. Factory reset. TV will turn on for maybe 30 seconds. Thank goodness we bought that Geek Squad protection. That ongoing nightmare, two weeks in, is a whole other story.

Great sound, never needs more than 10 out of 100 on volume. Hisense service was great and responsive.

Years ago I bought a Hisense TV it was low priced and okay quality. When I purchase this TV I thought it would be similar. I could not be more wrong the picture quality of this TV is outstanding. It can be configured for both Amazon Alexa and Google home and has features that are more similar do what you would expect from a high-end high price TV. This exceeded my expectations and both quality and value.

Died in 1 year and 6 months. Neither Best Buy or Hisense want to help in any way, either. I take great care of my electronics and have never had an issue with Samsung, LG or TCL. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Great TV. We had a smaller version we purchased less than a year ago and we were happy with it. Great image, speakers are pretty good, but we still use a 5.1 sound bar setup. But this TV doesn't need it. The smaller 2 year old tv it replaced absolutely needed the sound bar but this one doesn't. SO many options and ways to change sound and image settings. Great for video games too!
