If you need additional features (240 Hz refresh rate) or a better lighting system for the TV (OLED), this is not the TV that I would recommend. However, for what I need it for (streaming, occasional satellite TV programming), I could not be happier with this purchase. Hisense made a great product for the price.

I’m sure their are plenty of better tv’s, but cost will be twice as much. Good picture and sound, exactly what I wanted. Only complaint is I bought a different brand sound bar and not having a lot of luck getting it to work. Not sure yet if it’s the tv or sound bar but other reviewers having the same issue.

Second, the picture is crystal clear and it really is 4k high definition because everything looks fantastic whether its a movie, cartoon, or tv series. Before this tv, we had it plugged into a roku and a streaming box for tv and now we don't need any of that since it's all in one tv!

Quality LED screen, but lacks everywhere else. Software and hardware are slow and requires a full restart every other day to avoid bogging down memory. Recommend hooking up another streaming device or console to avoid dealing with its own hardware limits. Buy it for a budget quality screen.

Some issues such as lack of output ports for soundbar/speakers but overall the TV is a very good deal for it's price. The biggest issue with it, as i've experienced so far, is that some video playback will be very stuttery and speedup/slow down frames and it makes it nauseating to look at. This eventually fixed itself after playback for a while but be aware of this before purchasing.
