Amazing TV, lackluster remote.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV is visually amazing. Not too many programs available in 4k yet, so I feel like we're not reaching its full potential. Lots of features to adjust the display, sound, and apps. It can get pretty loud on it's own without needing a home theatre. We only go up to an 8-10 on the volume (with a range of 100). The remote control is the only part showing its age. The buttons need you to press uncomfortably hard. Especially the power button. Likely going to be replacing the remote soon.

I'm "wowed"!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I'm loving this TV and the awesome deal I got on it. When can you get a 75" smart TV for sub $600?! Unreal. Figured I'd give up some major things for that kind of price, but so far I am more than happy. I know it lists at $1,000, but I still expected some pretty major quality deficiencies. I would buy this TV over and over again. The overall look of the TV on my wall is very thin and nice. The picture is clear and sharp in HD. The sound is surprisingly full. The apps are pretty easy to work with. I'd recommend this to others even at a price higher than the great deal I got.

You get what you pay for
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv for my mother as she was a home hospice patient. She watched it many hours a day and couldn’t tell the difference between this set and a high end one. Unfortunately, I could… the screen had noticeable banding on the screen, back light bleed on all edges and phantom artifacts that displayed randomly. I purchased the 5 year warranty and I am glad I did as the tv died on its second anniversary. Both the main board and display panel went out and geek squad offered me a replacement. I then upgraded to an LG set. Between the two, there is no comparison… Hisense was an option when funds were low but, I do believe I really got what I paid for when it was first purchased… an inexpensive large screen tv…

Great deal for $599!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wouldn't buy this for the full retail of $999 but for $599 this TV is an awesome entry level deal. Beautiful picture even in a well lit room with windows. Clarity, color accuracy, black levels and brightness were also great after getting the settings right. Video games and big action movie scenes don't have any noticeable lag. Everything from cartoons to full 4k movies look incredible. If it's on sale, buy it.

3.5 STARS dead pixels but amazing picture quality
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality is amazing, the dolby vision is true, the sound is super good, its super crisp and you get great bass from it. The material doesn't feel cheap and the software isn't that beautiful but it isn't ugly, but it still looks good. The ONLY DOWNSIDE is the dead pixels the tv came with.I do not have my mom's phone to show you guys but its two dots with a line under, basically it looks like a red smiley face on the screen thats red. Its dead pixels which is common on all high quality picture tv's but its still not satisfying to get unlucky. We will be exchanging the tv if we can, otherwise returning it for our money back if we can't exchange for another tv which fingers crossed it doesn't come with dead pixels which it could be worse than this one actually. So yes If you are interested in this tv model you should buy it, it has deep blacks and the dolby vision doesn't disappoint buuuut you could get unlucky and get a tv with dead pixels which DOESN'T affect the quality whatsoever, in fact I can't see the red smiley face when the you're streaming on the tv, it's visible ONLY when showing solid colors like grey and black. Also the viewing angels are not as bad, the quality is the same just a little darker so if you see it from the very very side of the tv, it dims from 100% to 86% in my opinion but its not terrible. And I'm not going to say its worth for what you paid because thats misleading since others might see that differently. ALSO one more THING: I KNOW IT SAYS DIGITAL TUNER BUT THAT DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN YOULL ACTUALLY GET CHANNELS it depends on your location or something I don't know

Good for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv has a nice basic design as most smart tv's. Love that it has google voice added which is very helpful and useful. Which it had a few more buttons on the remote as far as info and sleep button instead of having to press menu to access the settings. The color needed to be adjusted to have a better picture quality and I also changed the sound quality. 4k looks amazing on this TV. For the price I dont regret my purchase.

Not meant to last long
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been great for 3ish years but I’m having optical issues to my sound system, backlighting issue, mostly every time I turn it the screen won’t register and I’ll have to turn it off and back on, and lastly I have a pixel that went out on top right of the screen

Huge and relatively light TV. Great value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it for $599 on a Black Friday special and you absolutely can't beat it for that price. Picture of crisp and bright. I've had to 'reboot' the Android TV operating system a few times when it stopped responding, but that was easy and hopefully will be fixed with future software updates. At 55 pounds I was able to get it out of the box and install the stand brackets by myself. Really like it so far

Great budget 75" TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic TV. What I like: 1) 75" is gorgeous wide comparing to another 65" TV I have 2) The sound quality is not bad. Moreover, it apparently has adequate power. The volume at 5/100 is loud enough to me. 3) Clarity and colors are not bad. Actually much better than my sony 47" TV. So it does not a cheap medicore product at all. 4)Andriod TV is cool. I can use chromecast to project my cellphone to TV. What I do not like: 1) Hisense own remote app does not work and always cannot find TV while apparently I can project youtube/netflix/chromcast at all

Ok TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv itsef had a frustrating operating system but was cheap, it just broke down after slightly more than a year and nothing was able to be done… super disapointing and no real customer service from the company if its outside of one year you are on your own.

Great TV - While it lasted (less than 2 years)
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just as the title says, the TV looked great off and had a really nice picture for the price. Overall was satisfied until it just never turned on again. Tried all of the tips to fix the blinking red light / black screen of death etc. Since it was past the 1 year mark, it would have cost me around 500$ to possibly resolve the issue. I chose to go with a Samsung as a replacement. I am now soured on the product and the support offered by Hisense. If you are thinking about getting this, buy the extra warranty... Seems the major complaints are once owners get to the or just past the 1year mark. I think there are better companies out there for your money, especially in this crowded "budget" market.

DO NOT BUY HISENSE!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV lasted me a 14 months before bit the dust. When I turn it on, it will show the Hisense logo, then immediately shuts off. I have never had a television fail so quickly before. The manufacture is no help at all, they just want me to throw parts at it (on my dime) to see if that fixes the problem, and the parts they want me to buy cost more than what I paid for the TV. I'm mad that Best Buy sells this garbage, I trusted them to sell only quality products. They need end their relationship with this trash brand. Now I'm stuck with an $800 75 inch paperweight.

common issue - won't update and wont work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We liked the tv until it needed a firmware upgrade. It basically won't work unless updated and none of the USB drives will update the TV for a very common issue people are reporting with Hisense. Would rather get another TV than repair and deal with that again. Hisense support has a very slow response time. No Hisense for us again.

H6510G on the way Better
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Size - the over size,75", is great. Its large yet thin and lightweight. Use of space - when menus/windows are displayed on screen, they cover too much space. Better design and layout would go a long way to making the tv great. I say use the awesome amount room wisely. Smart & OTA - there is no over-the-air channel guide. Really guys , nothing. Seems the "smart" was thinly applied to the OTA side of the house. On the positive side, there's plenty room for improvement. Menu and keyboard function - better design is needed here. Some keyboard entries are captured then upon returning to the screen or menu, it's hard to determine where the focus is or focus is return to the wrong spot and accepted as input, which makes you have to do it all over again. This portion of the UI is clunky and indeed of redesign. Motion - this tv does a good job when it comes to fast moving or panning scenes. The 120 refresh rate is put to good use. Color and clarity - job well done here. Both colors and clarity are impressive. Sound - the volume of sound output exceeded our expectations. The tv has plenty of volume and good quality sound. Next steps - I hoping that future updates will address the shortcomings and enhance the things that this tv has to offer.

Incredible 75" T.V. if you can get it on sale
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on sale for $599. Wanted a 4K Android T.V. since the streaming app selection is the only way to get just about everything. Having Dolby Vision was also important since it has gained so much support and things really do look better in it. I admit I was nervous about what the image quality would be, and I could not find specific technical reviews about the nits or brightness levels, but don't worry, it's pretty good. It won't compare to a highend OLED but if you're not set on that level it is hand down one of the best buys you could make. We're increadibly happy with ours. I knocked off a star becuase the audio isn't the best but if paired with a decent soundbar you'll be covered.

It’s good enough.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a great price. The only down side is the 60hz ...however!!!! There is a nice setting on there that reduces motion blur significantly. Only downside bow is that my wifi keeps being turned off randomly. I need to enable wifi every other day it seems like.

Delighted with the purchase...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price, I couldn't be happier. I've wall mounted the unit in my media room, which is really more of my office than anything else. What has impressed me the most is the sound quality. I have set up two different soundbars to it, and found that the sound quality from the TV itself rivaled the soundbars so much, that I have moved them to other units in the house. Picture quality is great. Basic operation function of the smart TV is relatively easy. I did have a couple bumps in getting an app or two to load early on (simply used an XBox/Fire TV Stick to get around that), but since another update, all apps work great. I have tried using my phone yet, but don't see a need when I keep the remote on my desk. All up, can't beat the quality for the price. 4 years ago I purchased a 65" Samsung for $999 (65% more than I paid for this, and have to say that this blows the samsung away.)

Best for the price range
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wife wanted a 75 inch for a new media room but didn't want to spend the cost of higher end models. Comparison with similar priced TV's in the store this one looked the best, after setting up and watching a few movies on it, it will definitely due until newer technologies get cheaper in 3-4 years

75 Inch 4k Great Value
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price of $650 with tax and out the door this was a great value. Occasionally the power on with the Direct TV box doesn't sync right and I find the fix to be unplugging the TV works to reset that problem. The picture is pretty good and I would recommend this TV. Now I want an 85 inch!
