Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV back in September and it had a lipsync issue right out if the box. Unfortunately I waited until after the Best buy return window to address it. Hisense sent out a tech, but he couldn't repair the TV. I've called Hisense multiple time and everytime they said they would look into it and call me back. I have never received a call back. Once I got ahold of manager he said it is a software issue but cannot give me a timeframe for when it will get fixed. I'm stuck with a TV that cost over $1000 and is unwatchable. And I have no idea when/if it will get fixed. I would not buy this TV again, but if you do make sure to return it at the first sign of an issue.

For the money, I see no point in paying for any other 75." If you want to buy a OLED or high end Samsung, it will absolutely look better. It looks the same as low-mid range name brand TV's. Hisense is China's king brand and they're simply trying to be aggressive into the US Market. Yes, the on board apps are terrible. Do yourself a favor and buy your own Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, etc. and you will be thrilled with the results!
