Purchased this TV based on all the positive reviews online. Don't be concerned with the HiSense name, its a wonderful TV, just get the extended warranty. I very had this TV for about 2 months and have not experienced anything negative. Colors are great. Very bright. Blacks are dark. Android system is awesome. Stop wasting time and just buy it.

Very happy with the purchase. Great picture, very good colors. Never had a Hisense TV before, always had Samsung but after reading the reviews, thought I would take the chance. Couldn't be happier and I like it more than the equivalent Samsung's and LG's and for a cheaper price.

I am proud of my Hisense Quantum. This is 75" of pure Entertainment. Colors are bright and clear. Hisense has came a long way. This TV has been made to have easy access to apps and programing and setting up to your preferences. Bought a few days ago and got $50.00 off the price. Proud of that, will go on my Geek Squad Warranty.

Going from a 40” tv that was purchased in 2007 to the Hisense 75” has been magnificent. We are in awe over the way we are pulled into the scenes. The vivid colors and size of the images make you feel like you are apart of the movie. The ticket price is higher than other 75” tv’s but once you look at the specks you will see why.

I love this TV. Picture is exquisite and there is no better TV at this price point! Being an android TV though, there are some apps I expected that are not available. Spectrum TV is what I was expecting to use and it’s just not available. Oh well, cancelling that subscription and going another direction I guess.

    Impressive Even For Videophiles

I will be very honest. When I got this TV I was excited about the size but I was not expecting great picture as Hisense was never my go-to brand for video. The initial setup was extremely easy but my skepticism was being fed with evidence that the image quality would not impress me. The setup screen had this background that looked gray instead of black, which is very common with LED LCD TVs. That was very disappointing because the levels of black is what sets a great TV from an average one. There is nothing as good as OLED TVs. That being said, the next best thing is QLED but I was convinced that the way it is implemented is what really matters and my expectation was that Hisense would not have done a good job. That gray instead of deep black pointed to the fact that I was going to be really disappointed, even with the advertised full local dimming, which usually helps with the black depth. While it was downloading and installing updates, the only thing I was impressed about was that it recognized my AV receiver and it could control the surround sound without any special setup. I own big brand TVs that wouldn’t do that automatically. When setup was completed I ran Netflix, which is already installed. I liked the image quality. Not impressed yet but the blacks looked better than during the setup. When I finally realized that there was a feature to set the TV to “Store Mode with Picture”, I decided to try it. My jaw dropped. The demo video showed all the blackness, contrast, and the brightness that I wanted although was not expecting. Quantum Dot and local dimming became evident. No, it is not OLED but it is the next best thing. And I say that as a videophile/audiophile by heart. It meets all my requirements for both image and sound quality. Of course for best audio, you will need an AV receiver and good speakers or at least a soundbar. Please buy a 4K Blu-ray player if you don’t have one, and also buy a good 4K movie to experience all the richness of Quantum Dot and HDR . I was not impressed with my previous experience with Android TVs but they have gone a long way since it is very well implemented on the H8G. It already comes with the most popular streaming apps installed and you can download more, including a ton of games. It also works really well with my Playstation. Here is a surprising feature that I almost missed. I was not impressed with the remote at first because I had to point directly to the TV and often my coffee table would get in the way. Then I accidently pressed a dotted button and the TV prompted a message to press the menu button to pair the remote with Bluetooth. I did it and voila. I got a remote that also works without pointing to anything. I don’t understand why it was not already setup but I will not complain. I love Bluetooth remotes. You can also add some Bluetooth joysticks but be sure you buy one that is compatible. It seems that you can pair with Xbox One remotes but I didn’t have one to test. You will be surprised that this TV optimizes itself based on what type of show, series or movie you’re watching. It is good most of the time but you can also set it up manually. When set to auto, it may change settings multiple times while watching the same program. You may notice a quick blank screen when that happens so you might want to change it to manual. I use Google Assistant and Alexa all the time so it is nice to have a TV that supports both. I can now use this TV to control my lights, vacuum robots and other automated gadgets around the house. And of course I can search for movies and open apps just using my voice. Very nice. There is so much to like about this TV and I can’t stop finding new cool features almost every day. I really did not expect to give it five stars but cannot find anything that I did not like about it. Thumbs up!

This TV is amazing!!! It is massive and beautiful! I will say it is a little overbearing as it is so big and bright, but using some calibration settings from ratings.com has made it an excellent TV! My only wish is that someone made an OLED TV in 70 inches which is why I picked up this beauty.

I am blown away on the performance of this TV. I was in the market for a 75" TV with a budget. Being spoiled by Sony (65" x900f and a 55" x900c) I have a high opinion of performance. This made my choices tough when trying not to spend a lot of $$. Used Consumer Reports to rate the reliability. I used Rtings.com to review and compare with other TV's. Both Sony and Hisense use Android so no different navigating. But this TV is amazing in both a dark room and a bright room. To get this quality out of a Sony would have cost me at least $850 more. No regrets so far

I am not a techie. The picture is great. The only thing I am waiting to see is Football season. When I watch videos of the SB of last year, the close up picture is fantastic. When the play is in motion and the camera pans out, the picture looks blurry. Could be because I am watching it on YouTube. Only time will tell. When you watch anything else the picture is fantastic. Like other review. The remote is very cheap. They need to make it more sturdy. I am new to Android OS, so my wife feels it’s not as user friendly from she is used too!!

I own the 75 inch H8G, I went from a 70 inch Vizio M series(about 5 years old) to this 75h8g. I didn't expect to notice much size wise going 70 to 75 but is noticeably larger screen. Picture quality, sound quality, options, Android TV all are great on this TV. I am satisfied!

What a beast! This TV looks and sounds incredible especially with HDR/4k content. On lower resolution content there is quite a bit of banding, but It doesn't bother me too much. The built in androidtv is great and the voice remote is a nice touch.

I've had this Hisense 2 months now and am very happy with it so far. I hate when it takes a long time to scroll through menus and apps but this tv has enough processing power to quickly move around. The Android TV operating system is a little clunky but most tv OS's are. Picture quality is great and for its size/price, I'd say it's one of the best tv's to buy in its category.

I was very surprised with the picture quality of this tv. I own a Samsung q90r 65” and comparing it to it it really looks good. The Samsung of course is brighter and has a better picture but the hisense is very close.

It's big, beautiful, and easy to set up using my google account. Sound is also surprisingly good. This was the cheapest tv for the size and features. I've had a couple people tell me hisense is underrated, so far I agree.

For the price, this is hard to beat. This TV looks outstanding with excellent picture quality. To give it a spin, we watched an underwater nature documentary and were blown away. Literally it took my breath away. Sometimes fast moving objects can look ever-so-slightly blurry, which is a criticism we were aware of from expert reviews and that is also a problem with competitor TVs in the price range. We had some difficulty setting up with our surround sound system at first, but we eventually figured it out and connected via HDMI ARC. Surround sound is great. The aesthetic is very sleek and looks better than I expected. Overall, this is a superb value. It's not the absolute best TV on the market but for the money it's hard to beat for a 75".

A couple of weeks into owning this tv, and its been really nice. The picture quality is good, even better after a few tweaks in the options. The best bet is to find a preset and go from there if you don't want a professional calibrator to come out. I haven't really used the Android OS that the tv since I have an Apple Tv connected to it, but the menu scrolls fairly quick.

I checked out many other Brands as I was replacing a 70" that went out so I wanted to go a little bigger without breaking the bank with superior picture quality and sound. After reading all the very positive reviews online from the Pro's to customers, I decided with the Hisense, HBG QUantum Series 4K. It has an amazing picture with many settings that you can learn about online to get the most out of the picture quality. I am waiting for my SONOS Arc to arrive and will get a betting Idea of the sound capabilities since I am only going through the TV at this time.
