The first time was because the tv would have sound and no picture or no sound and just a picture. The second time was because the screen was warped. The third time was because the HDMI ports didn’t read any plug ins. It was a great sale for a 75” but so not worth the headache. I won’t be recommending this or any other fire tv.

However the chat when I bought it directed me to buy a specific item to install it on my wall but it was all wrong and it wouldn’t work with the tv I purchased. I had to return it and find another device.

worst tv choice

Randomly scrolls all the way down when trying to find a movie or app. response to apps takes too long. voice function doesnt work sometimes saying it cant open an app or swap inputs. barely had it for a couple of months

The description of the tv said it has a sports mode for the picture but when I checked the menu, that option wasn’t there. The TV sometimes lag in between menu selections. But otherwise, once we get past the lag, I enjoy watching my tv. For the price I paid it was a good buy. Tv is light and not heavy.
