Very laggy

Not the best.

We’ve reset, cleared cache, deleted apps we don’t use, checked our internet speed, and nothing has helped. It’s cuts in and out often. Price point was great as I caught it on a Black Friday sale, but definitely would paid more for a tv that runs smoothly over this one.

Don’t buy a Hisense TV if you use Hulu

I have Hulu Live TV+ for my TV service and after installation was constantly being kicked out and taken back to the Home Screen. Tried restarting the TV, router, factory default, etc., all the things you’re supposed to do and nothing worked. Called Geek Swuad and was on the phone for an hour and a half and they didn’t help either. Going research discovered that Hisense and Hulu have a history of not playing well together. Also once I had my old TV back up realized that the Hisense picture had not been clear.

The first time was because the tv would have sound and no picture or no sound and just a picture. The second time was because the screen was warped. The third time was because the HDMI ports didn’t read any plug ins. It was a great sale for a 75” but so not worth the headache. I won’t be recommending this or any other fire tv.

Extremely disappointed

I chose Hisense thinking it would be part of Roku like my other TVs, but it is not. 1. Picture either lags/jumps 2. Constantly kicked out of apps like Fandango Home and Paramount plus which I found afterwards is common with this tv. 3. Screen dims and brightens I usually buy my tvs at another store, but decided to give Best Buy a try and unfortunately I regret it.

Don't waste your money

It responds like I'm on dial-up internet the apps don't respond quickly even though I'm on 1 GB internet. It operates so slowly it was not worth any amount of money I've ever paid for it. And nothing I can do makes it any better. I wish I could get my money back because I would spend the money on something much better. Don't waste your money or your time

poor choice for old school viewing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.great price, but the aux av did not work, and the picture of dvds was soap opera poor. i called for assistance (best buy), and they said i would have to call Hisense. they offered no assistance post sale. these new tv's need a warning on the box "WILL NOT PLAY OLD SCHOOL MEDIA WELL" i dont see the value or use if they do not include ALL media play back. a very POOR tv unless you embrace all the new expensive services, including them watching your viewing...TV was free when i was young, networks competed for your viewing

Don't recommend

It's ok but everything I have watched has really bad motion blur. It's really bad with hands. It looks like they have 7 fingers. And it keeps randomly creating artifacts. It's ok when there's no motion but the second someone moves it's all artifacts and blur. Like it's trying to use ai to make the picture better but fails miserable. I am about to return this thing if I can't get it to stop.

Best Buy is Junk

Neither the manufacturer nor Best Buy with the geek squad protection plan will cover this. It’s cheaply made. It’s a piece of junk and Best Buy sucks.

Software is very poorly set up, major lag and constant crashing. Only had this TV for about 3 weeks now and it wont stay on longer than 30 min without the system crashing. Very poorly made product.

TVs CPU is going out in less than 30 days

Great Value for a large Smart TV

It comes with a beautiful picture and excellent sound for a TV in this price range. There is no lag, and the TV responds quickly when turning on and changing between apps and works with Alexa!
