    Its an ok tv i mean it works but if you pause for a while and come back to it the picture is off from the words so.you have to turn it off and back on. But while its working its a good tv

    Not bad for the price. Remote is kinda laggy and TV picture quality is mediocre. Picture gets fuzzy at times.

    Wow what a horrible experience. The only the thing I can suggest is DO NOT have Best Buy deliver your purchases. Long story short. They delivered a tv I ordered to the wrong address after they missed the first delivery. No one cares when you call. They do nothing about it. The tv is nice though.

    This has been the worst experience. First the TV TV was broken when I get it. I was scheduled twice for a return and delivery. First scheduled date delivery guys showed to deliver the wrong item. Was told the TV was backed ordered. Now waiting to see if the second delivery date to see if I get my TV

    control malfunction

    I bought this TV on November 23 and the control already has a bad contact, it is failing a lot. I have tried to change the battery 3 times and it still has a bad contact!!! Unacceptable, I would like to have an answer from support!

    Terrible tv ..bought one had horrible bleed problems got a replacement and will not connect to the Internet without unplugging it every time I turn on. I ended up getting TCL ..I hope it works out!

    The pictures and description online did not match the specs of the tv that came in the box. Best Buy told me they couldn’t do anything about it and now I’m stuck with a tv that has lower quality than what I was expecting to receive.

    TV won't last a year and warranty is not honored

    TV stopped working in under a year and Hisense would not honor manufacture warranty. Claibee it had to be physically damaged. This was 1 of 5 tvs I bought and 4 stopped working. Do not buy from. This company.

    light bleed on dark seems

    had to return this, has terrible light bleed ( on black) on dark shows that have the black bars ( top and bottom). in some other dark shows I could also notice the light bleed on the right hand side corner. I had another Hi-sense before without issues but tried 2 of this model with the same problem. Stay away.

    Worst TV I’ve ever had. I can’t believe people actually like and buy this thing. Ghosting/, tearing and jitter everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Even watching cartoons you get ghosting and tearing. Ridiculous piece of large flat garbage. Rich colors but what does it matter if the image cans be rendered… ended up getting a Sony. Worth every penny.

    In the best manner and with the respect that you deserved , i would like to let you know, that the delivery people are leaving the items of a very high price outside of our store, and they are not putting them inside which is very riskyk, we asked several time if they could please put them inside, and they said no , please i would appreciated if you would ask them to handed to us inside the store thank you very much.

    The quality of the picture and volume is great. The tv already had the apps I used the most. It is user friendly. I was also pleased with the service I received from the Best Buy team that came out and mounted the tv on the wall. I would recommend this and the price point is reasonable for the quality of the tv.

    Tv is clear and sounds great. My only issue is one I haven't been able to figure out of going back to the main screen after so much time on. I haven't been able to find an answer why, and no the timer or sleep is not on. Other than than I love it.
