The deep blacks, lighter weight for easy mounting, and great gaming performance are also appreciated. However, some customers have noted that the brightness could be improved. eceived TV and unboxed. This is awkward due to size, and requires two people. The feet are easily attached, but are not very wide, and would advise some method to stabilize the TV if using on a stand. Ultimately, I mounted with a wall bracket which went well as the TV is only about 64 pounds.
This has awesome specs for a relatively inexpensive TV. HDR, 144Hz refresh rate, 4K, full array mini-LED QLED, Fire TV Smart, etc.
Installed apps include Amazon Alexa, Apple Home, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount, just to name a few.
The factory default settings give the TV a good picture, but somewhat over driven, so I delved into the settings. This TV has a full compliment of settings for picture, sound, channels, etc. I turn off most “auto” functions and use menus to set picture and sound to my personal liking.
Under each of the main menus there are numerous sub-menus. Under picture, there are settings for gama, saturation, color temperature, brightness, contrast, and on and on. With some experimentation, I was able to get one of the most “true to life” pictures I have ever seen. And as a bonus, these settings can be customized independently for each input. Under sound, there are Dolby settings, level, balance, dialogue enhancer, equalizer, etc. The sound output from the speakers was reasonable, but of course, bass was limited due to smaller size speakers.
There are 4 HDMI inputs (1 HDMI-ARC), 1 LAN connector, 2 USB ports, 1 AUX input, RF antenna input, optical and headphone outputs, Wi-Fi and bluetooth, etc.
The remote control supports voice activation, with Amazon Alexa. The TV also incorporates a V chip to set limits on programming ratings.
This is not a complete list of all settings, and abilities of the TV, there are numerous other settings for the TV, channels and inputs, etc.
With all the settings, the TV offers enough flexibility to setup the TV to anyone's viewing preferences. The picture is dynamic, with deep black levels, and very realistic color saturation. Sound was good, and filled the room. There are plenty of inputs, apps and streaming options for varied “home theater” enjoyment.
Overall, I would highly recommend this TV based on the excellent picture and sound quality, the numerous inputs, and menus for extensive customization.

Hello Timmyt, Thank you for choosing the Hisense 75QD7QF and for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear that our preset picture modes didn’t wow you. However, this isn’t a manufacturing defect—the presets are designed to suit a range of viewing preferences, and some customers may find them less ideal for their specific needs. For the most precise color reproduction, we recommend professional TV calibration services. A certified technician can fine-tune the settings to match your exact preferences and viewing environment. Many users find this greatly enhances their experience. Thanks again, Harley with the Hisense Support Team.

I have had this tv for a few weeks now and there a few things I dont like about it. It has reverted back to the factory settings once all by itself. I have had to set the video settings almost everytime I switch inputs. It has an option to select the settings for all inputs but not individual inputs. It's kind of weird. It will not control my Sony Bluray player, will not control my Kenwood Reciever. It does work with my Alexa Cube. Yes Im using the cube instead of the TV because the processing is way faster than the TV. Once you get the picture settings propper it looks amazing. The blacks are pretty good for a LED TV. It has 4 HDMI inputs. It will also record the channel your watching so you can pause and rewind live tv. This is something that it doesn't mention but a great feature none the less. Great tv for a good price and its super light. This 75 inch weight is half of that of my 65 inch Samsung.

Overview and specs
======================
I know you can find cheap deals on TVs at every large department store, warehouse store, and electronics store. HiSense used to only deal with these "value" TVs with low prices and basic features, but this new lineup really moves them up a tier!
The HiSense 75" QD7 Mini-LED QLED 4K with Amazon Fire has everything you would want for movies, sports, gaming and more.
QLED stands for Quantum Dot Color and really increases the dynamic range of color that the panel can display. Marketing talks about billions of individual shades, which is probably too much for me to notice! OLEDs used to have the clear color saturation and vibrancy advantage over non-OLEDs, but with QLED, colors really pop.
Mini-LED refers to the backlighting of the panel in exact areas so a dark scene is displayed properly. On lower-end displays that don't have local dimming, you may see bands of white where they shouldn't be in a scene that mixes dark and light areas. That's no problem with Mini-LED and local dimming. Now each area is lit by mini-LED when it needs to be, so your dark areas are not impacted by a single bright portion of the screen. This is great for enjoying movies that are darker in tone that may have a dynamic mix of light and dark areas. I believe this is a new feature for the 2025 Q-lineup.
144hz means that it can display fast motion scenes like in sports and gaming without "tearing" or blur. You won't want to use this mode all the time with all content, but you'll want it if you've got a high end gaming PC attached or something like a PS5 Pro.
No matter how good TV manufacturers claim their built-in speakers to be, they're never as good as dedicated speakers. These Dolby Atmos speakers with "built in subwoofer" sound better than the normal tinny speakers you might be used to, but you'll want to hook this panel up to a better, dedicated sound system for true enjoyment.
Setup
====================
Sliding everything out of the box, you notice that the frame is made out of black plastic. That was a bit of a surprise, but it's durable and I suppose it helps with the cost and weight. After using the TV, you'll forget about and actually the black plastic bezel "fades away" into the background better than the bright metal silver bezel of my previous TV.
Normally you'd attached the black plastic feet here as well, but I'm wall-mounting this.
There's plenty of connections including 4 HDMI inputs (2x 144hz, 2x 60hz), one with E-ARC for easy connection to a compatible receiver or soundbar. USB ports, an audio 3.5mm jack and optical out take care of the physical ports.
The remote is a simple one that any Amazon Fire users would be familiar with and it includes voice recognition with Amazon Alexa.
Initially you'll want to setup the Wi-Fi and get started streaming!
Apps, usage, and picture quality
========================================
All the streaming apps you need are here, as you'd expect from something powered by the Amazon Fire interface. Contrary to some beliefs, you won't just be stuck with Amazon Prime content, but you also have apps like Peacock, Netflix, Disney, and more.
Take some time to try different content and adjust your settings accordingly for movies, gaming, TV, etc. By default, there are a lot of options enabled that you might not want on all of your content like AI Smooth Motion. That might be fine for fast-paced sports, but maybe not for other content. It may take time to dial everything in, but it'll be worth it!
If you asked anyone that walked into your home about the display, I think most would agree this is a pretty high-quality panel when tuned correctly. Colors pop and are saturated and vibrant. There's no FOMO of not having an OLED here. Local dimming with the Mini-LEDs works perfectly to keep dark movies like "The Matrix" or "Batman Begins" looking great and moody, without distracting bright blobs where they shouldn't be.
I have to admit, I couldn't maximize the 144hz panel with my gaming setup, but I could break 100hz and there were no noticeable issues with tearing. This is a great panel for gaming since it's so responsive with great colors and contrast.
There is a screensaver feature which is cool and can show preprogrammed stuff (fireplace) or your photos, but you will want to disable it if you want the TV to just turn off.
Conclusion
=====================
HiSense really hit it out of the park with this new QD7! It packed in all the features that home entertainment fans really want or need in a package that won't break your wallet.
It's really unbelievable how good these lower-priced TVs have come in just a few years. You definitely need to consider this HiSense QD7 if you're in the market for a new TV!

We are beyond happy with our new Hisense 75”. The picture quality is amazing, and the best part is that we can finally play our games in 120 Hz, something we were never able to do before. The gaming experience has completely changed—super smooth, vibrant colors, and no lag at all.
Definitely one of the best purchases we’ve ever made. Highly recommended!

First of all, it's 75 in and on sale as of the writing of this review for just under $700. Now I get some size. I get some Amazon Alexa functionality and I get an amazing picture. I have no idea what they're doing over at Hisense, but whatever it is they're doing a good job. The color dynamic and the crystal clear elements are just amazing. The mini LEDs are doing their job and showing up perfectly. I've had Amazon based televisions before as well as fire sticks and this TV actually runs just as fast if not faster. And it's amazing for a TV of that size because typically the microprocessor can handle microcomputing and an amazing screen. But this does a very good job. Now other than functionality, the next thing that jumps out to me is the HDMI input and the 1440p output at 120hz capability. I hooked up my PlayStation 5 not a pro but you wouldn't know it from the screen quality. All of my games look amazing on this thing and the color is better than I could have ever expected. Of course I did my part hooking it up with a quality HDMI cable so when given the proper chance this TV is doing what it's supposed to do. Not only do I recommend this television, but I'm proud to be an owner. Be sure to get yourself one, especially if you have a family console in the living room and enjoy the occasional. Whatever the family is watching scenario, this TV will not let you down.

A Massive Upgrade That Doesn’t Break the Bank
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about going with Hisense over one of the "big three" brands, but after having the 75" QD7 (2025 model) in my living room for a few weeks, those doubts are completely gone. If you're looking for that "theater feel" without spending $2,000, this is it.
Picture Quality: The "Mini-LED" Difference
The jump to Mini-LED for the 2025 version is huge. I previously had a standard QLED, and the difference in contrast is night and day. The blacks are surprisingly deep—not quite OLED level, but close enough that I don't see that annoying gray "glow" during dark movie scenes. The peak brightness is where this thing really wins, though. My living room has two massive windows, and this screen cuts right through the glare. HDR content (especially on Disney+ or Netflix) literally pops off the screen.
Gaming: A Beast for PS5/Series X
If you’re a gamer, this is probably the best value TV on the market right now. It has a 144Hz native refresh rate, which is rare at this price point. Playing Call of Duty and Spider-Man 2 on my PS5 feels buttery smooth with zero noticeable input lag. It has a dedicated "Game Bar" menu that pops up to show your frame rate and HDR status, which is a nice touch. Just make sure you use HDMI ports 3 or 4 to get the full 4K/120Hz+ performance!
Setup and Mounting
Setup was pretty painless. Since it’s a Fire TV, I just logged into my Amazon account and it automatically pulled in all my streaming apps.
A heads up on mounting: This is a 75-inch beast, so don’t try to do this alone. It’s not incredibly heavy for its size (around 65–70 lbs), but it is awkward.
Vesa Pattern: It uses a standard mount pattern, but because the TV is so thin, I had to use the plastic spacers that came in the box so my mounting bolts wouldn't bottom out.
The Stand: If you aren't mounting it, the feet have two different positions (wide or narrow), which is a lifesaver if your TV stand isn't 6 feet wide.
The Verdict
Is it perfect? The Fire TV interface can be a little "busy" with ads sometimes, and the viewing angles aren't amazing if you're sitting way off to the side. But for the price I paid during the Black Friday window? I feel like I got away with a steal. It looks premium, plays games like a pro monitor, and fills the wall perfectly.

Just got this tv setup and mounted today. It is replacing a QD 6 I purchased last year as my main tv. I had problems with that TV including light bleed and picture quality. Not so with the QD7! Picture looks amazing even on sdr content. And no light bleed! I am very happy.

Overall, it's been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup, though it does come with some minor drawbacks.
Firstly, I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of Fire TVs, mainly due to Amazon's interface and the outdated apps like VUDU/Fandango. These apps lack full support for features like ATMOS or even 4K, which is a bit of a letdown and inconvenience, since I have to use another device to access the functioning version of some Apps. Additionally, I've found that most of the fancy AI and upscaling features aren't worth using. In fact, I had to turn off nearly every advertised fancy setting to achieve a picture quality that I was happy with. It took me about three days to get the picture dialed in to my liking after giving up on the advertised gimmicks.
That being said, this TV is hard to beat when you consider the price, size, and a little effort on your part to get the picture just right. Just keep in mind that it won't compete with TVs that are two to three times the price. But for what it is, I have no buyers' remorse and am quite satisfied with my purchase.
Side note, we went from a 65" to the 75" and it is quite bigger. If we didn't have to room to move our sitting area back a few feet, I would have returned it for a 65". Also, I can't really speak for the sound as we use an entertainment system that would make any TV speaker sound terrible.

Looking for a new tv after my old Sony gave out.
I’ve always been a big use higher name brand model tv person for aslong as I can remember.
Decided for the price point at what I wanted this was a good option. After the first week when messing with the settings getting it all right, I’m honestly blown away by it so far. Picture quality is great and no worries like a oled model.
I’ve had only a few glitches with the tv which can be worked out with software updates but overall would rec this tv
