The picture is bright and sharp. I also really like the remote. We have traditionally used a chromecast streaming stick, so this is great because we get the Google operating system without the tiny remote. My biggest frustration is that there are significant audio delays on certain apps. There is no clear way to fix this. I don't want to have to go in and adjust this app by app... And the audio adjustments have not been all that helpful. I've reached out to Hisense twice, and they have not gotten back to me at all. I feel very stuck, and may have to revert to using a chromecast with the TV, which would have me drop my rating even further.
