But have been having a few issues with the tv as I am watching the tv it will jump to another app. Confusing! I should have stayed with Samsung or try the TLC model.

Hisense Customer Service on Warranty Repair

Overall, this TV had a great picture and the Google TV OS is much better than the OS on the 65". No real issues with the quality of the TV at the purchase point, it did look fantastic. After a month and a half it went out. All indications point to the 'power board'. It is going to be covered by warranty, however it will be a full seven business days before a technician will call with a time to come to the home to attempt repair. GOOD it is covered by warranty BAD that it will take so long just to get someone out to attempt repair. Any product can go bad shortly after purchasing, so it's not that it went bad, it is just that it is taking so long to receive the warranty repair that is the issue. So, all in all this is a review on Hisense (and in no way should reflect on Best Buy). My advice, just take this Hisense Customer Service Speed into account when deciding on a purchase. I placed the service call at 0800 on 1/3 and am getting scheduled for a visit on 1/12. In my opinion, that is unacceptable and not unreasonable to think so. Complaining to companies about poor service nowadays only falls on deaf ears, so it is my duty to inform the public about it so that they can be informed and possibly make a better decision when it comes time to purchase.
