Great tv pictures It Just need better quality sound

So far so good with this TV we had to adjust the volume and in the future will buy a sound bar to help it because it sounds a little hollow. But the TV itself is really good I do not like that it is a Google TV and I can't use my Roku I'm so used to Roku I feel lost but the TV itself so far so good.

This was only a decent TV for like maybe two weeks, and then the screen just went black. Getting Hisense warranty to cover it was a nightmare. Twice now they’ve “repaired” my TV. The screen just looks awful after just a small amount of regular use. There are bright and dark spots all throughout. The smart hdmi doesn’t work. The “google” home is constantly crashing the TV and taking the video feed from my streaming box. I also got a Hisense soundbar and it stopped working after a couple weeks too. Trying to get that covered under warranty was an excruciating experience, so I gave up (which is what they wanted me to do of course). Too bad for them I will never buy a Hisense brand or partnered product ever again. Absolutely worst customer service, and not an ounce of product enjoyment: just regret. All of the positive ratings on here are literally marked that they were incentivized to write them, why is that even allowed?

Excellent Display! Plenty of ports. Just a beautiful tv. My only complaint would be the processor, it has some lag when going through the interface.

Price was good for this tv, was not thrilled with the picture quality when watching sports. Saw lots of pixel imaging, processor seems to be slow. Not what i expected from a OLED type tv.

I did a major upgrade to my tv watching experience when I purchased this TV. Had a 46" JVC on the wall that had poor audio and outdated everything. Watching this TV is a treat!

Its a great tv got it on black Friday to replace my old tv that broke when moving. Its been great so far. Only problem is the picture goes burry when watching sometimes.

I love my new tv. I've been looking for a perfect big screen tv at a excellent price that i can afford. I am so glad that I checked out Best Buy before buy another from someone else.

The tv meets or exceeds most expectations. I knocked it down one star because the brightness is not as good as I expected. I have it in my basement and still find myself wanting it to be brighter most of the time.

The Google TV made me miss Roku TV. Interface is slow and the app that I got the google tv to install is not supported. I didn’t want to have to still but an Apple TV or Firestick. The sound quality leaves something to be desired. It operates mainly between th 2.5 and 5k range so ear fatigue is guaranteed. The screen also does this constant blinking in the upper right corner. I got this product with an expectation and was slightly disappointed. Overall, it works and looks nice on my wall.
