I tried contacting Geek Squad about this because I bought the Protection Plan, but they were no help at all.

Less than a month later, began having sound issues, popping sound coming from the speaker. Opened warranty ticket with hisense because best buy is useless. They came out to my house, replaced the speakers and the mainboard. Less than 1 month after that, same problem. Called Hisense and they said they have to escalate to tier 2 support and are required to have a tech come back out onsite. Seems a bit like insanity, if the tv is deffective, why try to keep repairing it, please replace it.

Don’t waste your money

The native apps have noticeable visual video screen tearing, and you can see dropped frames in the youtube app. After hours of tweaking settings, I've given up and plan to return the TV. Back to TCL I go. FWIW, I think they downgraded the processor revision put in this model, and it was a bad decision without any QA testing.
