    Has a nice picture…..audio snaps every so often…..picture set to energy saving but switches back to standard by itself….sometimes it has a black screen with audio only…..tv has a mind of it’s own….maybe that why they call it smart…..hopefully I’ll get a few good years out of it

    It does okay for the price point. Struggles to run applications sometimes and has a noticeable lag. Some apps tend to lag more than others. Lighting is fine. Not ideal for very bright locations but works well in the dark.

    Never buy from Best Buy again

    Bought the Hisense (in 2021) because Sharp went half dark. Twice within 3 years Geek Squad came out, once for mother board and second said back lights going bad and approved me for new tv. I ordered new tv and day of install I was told I would have to have the 75" off the wall and would have to put new 75" on myself. Apparently if I wanted them to install it would cost me $250. I cancelled order and will never purchase from Best Buy ever again. PS the Hisense has decided to work and it will stay on my wall until it too dies!
