Tv is extremely large just like I wanted, quality is crystal clear and works well.. over time depending on apps installed there could be some slight lag. But it’s no problem as the tv works as intended

This is our 4th Hisense Television. The picture is bright and beautiful. The remote is easy to use, and all the new technology for enhancing the screen and sound is in most cases automated and otherwise easy to customize. I couldn't be happier with the television, particularly at the sub-$700.00 sales price.

This is a great TV. I was thinking about going with the U7K model for the faster refresh rate, however I was juggling price concerns and the fact we have cats which could attack the TV lol. I figured this TV fit the cost/risk ratio. And I'm very pleased with the picture quality and performance. The whole family is. It's better than my older Visio and Samsung.

I LOVE THIS TV!!! Occasionally you have to restart by unplugging it. But it has a GREAT picture, easy to connect all your streaming accounts by logging on to your google account. 10/10 recommend

I genuinely wanted to like this TV. The design looks great, and the price was lovely. Once I turned the TV on is when the issues became apparent. The main reason that we got the TV is because we wanted to add a little more size from our 70" LG, and after about 4 years, the LG stopped connecting to the internet. Overall picture quality remained lovely. This was my first Hisense, and despite it suggesting that it has tons of adaptability to the environment, no factory or custom settings could get rid of contrast bleed and lagging motion issues. Watching sports and animated shows on it is nearly impossible if you're used to better quality. The interface/ processing is also horrific even related to the LG platform, which I was also not a fan of. The only benefit this had was that the google platform at least offers more apps. That said, the casting is incredibly unreliable, the apps are wildly slow moving to load, and the remote-to-tv processing is hilariously bad. We even updated our internet and put in new batteries to make sure we weren't missing something obvious that would explain why this TV was acting this way. I have nothing against Hisense or anyone this TV works great for - it could even be that we have a defective model, but I doubt that Hisense would replace based on the info provided after a year of trying to just hope we would get used to it. We are likely back in the market for a new TV. As of right now, if you're looking for a good budget TV, TCL would be my recommendation. Our TCLs have lasted years with decent to good quality.
