Sadly it happened to me after unboxing it on Christmas day, the TV arrived damaged with vertical lines all over the LCD screen. Best Buy stated they can't help and Hisense also can't help me. 75 inches TV new in a box but damaged and no body would help Me So sad. This was my first Hisense product purchase and I lost $700. Please see the pictures Please can someone the Hisense to help me.

The sound is clear, the picture is clear (especially when watching 4K videos on YouTube for example), it is really amazing. My issues were more with set up and the unboxing video. I did not want to damage the TV so I watched the unboxing video very carefully, but there were no box clips on the sides on front. That was confusing. I also felt like putting it on it's face was unnecessary because the feet were to be connected to the bottom and not the back. It was difficult to pair the remote initially but after I took out the batteries and restarted the TV it paired fine. The OK Google took a bit to set up but I think it was due to the remote pairing issue. Once the remote paired it was fine. I would have given 5 stars but the unboxing video needs to be updated, for how to sensitive the screen/TV is, you want to do it correctly.

Just as nice as the Samsung I bought last year that cost twice as much. I’m not really into TVs that much but just wanted something nice but nothing too fancy. For the price you can’t beat it. I did a lot research and this one hands down had the best specs and reviews for my budget.

After a couple of weeks already have a “hot” spot on the top corner of the TV where it looks burned. Annoying thing is this CANNOT be wall mounted without an additional part you have to purchase from HiSense.
