First I have to give a big thumb up for Best Buy service! I'm in the middle of moving and have accidently used the wrong address when placing the order, so when the delivery guys showed up I panic, and ask if they can ship it to the correct address where is 5 miles away. The guys were cool and helpful, they said it's too late for them to do it the same day, however immediately help me to reschedule the delivery. 2 days later, the TV arrived in the correct location, with a follow up phone call to make sure that I'm satisfied. All smooth and no sweats!
The TV itself is also amazing. I went for the U6H for the Quantum LED feature and I notice the picture difference as soon as I turn on, the brightness, contrast, and color correctness is day and night comparing to my 4 years old Samsung entry level 4k TV that cost me the same $. Now I can no longer look at the Samsung as it seems washed out, pale, and blurry with dark scenes (funny that I thought it was OK all these years long!)
The best feature I like about the TV is its system. It runs Google TV which means you can install almost any android apps on it. It has also integrated Google Chromecast and Apple mirror so any cell phone will work with it seamlessly. It also functions as a google speaker so you can control the TV, or ask questions by just talking to it across the room, no remote needed!
All in all, price, quality, and service all worked out beautifully with this purchase. Thanks!

Panel Separating - Quality Control Issues

Purchased the 75" version of this last week at Best Buy (picked up in store) and got it all set up only to notice the panel was separating. Giant waste of my time. The quality control on these is garbage...it's a dice roll.

I bought a Samsung OLED 60 series Tv their entry level OLED. The Tv shows great but not enough to pay $1,100.00 for vs this Tv which to me shows 50% better. Colors really pop and the picture rendering is really smooth for a 60Hz Tv. Its on the level of the OLED 80 series of the Samsung Tv’s. So im returning the Samsung and saving $400.00. Well worth the money!!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the Hisense 75" U6H Series Quantum ULED TV. The picture quality is truly exceptional, thanks to its 4K UHD resolution and Quantum Dot technology. The colors are vibrant, and the contrast is outstanding, making every movie and show a visual delight.
The built-in Google TV is a fantastic addition, offering a user-friendly interface and access to a wide range of apps and streaming services. The voice remote control makes navigation a breeze, and I love the convenience of searching for content with just my voice.
The 75-inch screen size provides a cinematic experience right in my living room, and the slim design of the TV complements my decor beautifully. The audio quality is also impressive, delivering clear and immersive sound.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The Hisense U6H Series Quantum ULED TV offers top-notch performance, a sleek design, and all the smart features I need for a truly enjoyable home entertainment experience."

I bought this to replace a 65 inch LG OLED that failed after 18 mo. I wasn't interested in sinking $2k in a tv again. The Hisense U6H doesn't have the image wow factor of an OLED, but at less than half the price for a larger screen, I wouldn't expect it to.
What I did get was QLED at a great price point and a very bright screen (once you turn off eco mode). The picture quality is good. It has good black levels (not quite OLED level). It also has matte screen that doesn't carry window reflections as bad as the OLED did. Occasionally I will notice some light clouding around white letters on a black screen, but it is infrequent and barely noticeable (my spouse didn't notice at all). We also stepped up to a 75 inch screen, which increases immersion.
The bad:. Google TV is meh bordering on bad. It's functional. It's responsive, but feels messy. Roku and FireTV give you a better experience IMO.
The remote feels lightweight/almost feels cheap. It is frustrating that there is a play/pause button that neither plays or pauses on most apps! You use the ok/select button for that. Remote is also pretty sensitive about being pointed directly at the tv
The speakers are mediocre at best. I strongly recommend use of an amplifier or sound bar.
TV has a digital optical audio out, but I could not find an option in setting to enable it. I could not get it to work. But eARC worked awesome. Plugged in HDMI to my eARC capable sound bar and it worked instantly with volume and power controlled by the remote.
One other gripe related to the OS:. The tv does not actually turn off. It goes to suspend. It works great for quick loading apps, but I've had a few problems with the paramount plus app losing my location when it wakes from suspend. Only fix was to dig into menus to restart the TV. I would note I've had issues with paramount plus on several different OSs, so it may be a paramount issue and not a Hisense one.

Absolutely spectacular TV! Incredible for media, but even better for gaming! The Dolby features pair beautifully with Xbox or PlayStation, and there are some “hidden” settings specially designed to even further enhance your gaming experience.
Super loud and clear onboard speakers, as well.
Be aware, this is a 60hz refresh rate. “Motion Rate” and other terms are nothing but marketing ploys.
That being said, you’re not going to care at all that it’s not 120hz. Smooth, flowing images, with ultra high details.
This unit would still be an awesome value at twice the price.
Hi-Sense definitely has my business, and my attention.

Its overall a really great 75' For the price. Colors are great, Visuals r great, rlly good brightness, and 4k content looks like theyre popping out of the screen at times. Had this Tv for almost a month now and no problems, if youre on a budget and just want a really good 75', get this one. Blows everything else in its price range out of the water fr.

3 years later, the TV has help up pretty well over-all. Unfortunately the eARC HDMI port stopped working at some point and can no longer be used. Luckily bluetooth works for the soundbar but it isn't quite as nice.
The screen still remains quite great with no dead pixels or anything which is nice.

Initially, I loved this TV, especially with the Google TV OS. I purchased the TV in November 2022, and the display stopped working randomly in 2024. I think with the amount I paid for this TV, that type of issue shouldn't have occurred that quickly, which in turn made me question the QC (quality control).

Making the switch from Amazon TV to Google TV makes it much more convenient to see all my channel selections from all my streaming services in one place. The 75" TV is easier to see with my failing eyesight as well compared to the old 55".

Great TV for the price. Now that I have a Roku with Dolby Vision the TV looks even better. I've owned the TV for about 6-8 months, so this is no longer the honeymoon period. If I had unlimited funds I would grab a high end Sony or Samsung, but those were 2-3x the price of this TV.

I've been going through upgrading the home theater setup and the first thing to go was the projector. Wasn't really happy with it and decided to go with a large TV instead. I love the 48" LG OLED I have in my office, but the 77" is still a bit more than I wanted to spend. After digging around on Rtings I came across a lot of Hisense TVs. They seemed to be very well reviewed so I figured I'd take a chance on one. Glad I did because it's great. Easy to setup, awesome picture, and very affordable. No comment on the stock speakers or stand. I immediately wall mounted it and plugged into my Denon receiver. eARC works flawlessly. Powers on/off with the TV and controls volume with the Hisense remote

A QLED television at a price that is hard to beat. What’s not to like? Picture quality is a solid 9 out of 10. You would have to spend big on an OLED to beat it.

My previous Hisense began to develop serious edge lighting issues and so we researched several comparable 4K HDR/HD10 capable TVs. For the price and features this TV won hands down. Yes it is not a 120Mhz refresh rate, but the colors, blacks and motions are more than satisfactory. The picture is clear, smooth and colorful. Setup was a little tedious and was done in a decent amount of time. Worked great right out of the box with no issues. Remote is different from the Roku remotes I am used to, but works fine. Learning how to install apps and that is not a problem. Vudu installed and signed in with no issues. Sound was very clear and connected to my Vizio Soundbar with no issues. For the money as with ALL the Hisense TVs I have bought, I am still a Huge fan and will continue to buy Hisense. This TV is worth the money and effort. Thanks again Hisense for a great TV!!

Overall it's a decent TV at a decent price. Here are my pros and cons:
PROS
- The picture quality is good for this size screen. Very clear and crisp
- We did not purchase a separate soundbar, and I'd say the sound from the TV itself is not bad at all.
- Initial set-up was easy. I already have other Google devices, and already had the Google Home app. It was easy to connect this TV to the app.
CONS
- I get frequent messages pop up that the wifi connection was lost. I have no other wifi issues with any other devices in my home
- There is occasional lagging when streaming. Probably related to the wifi issue we have with this TV
- The layout of the menu is a bit confusing. This TV was a replacement for a Roku, and I much prefer the Roku set-up.
