Color goes in and out at times. Picture is fine one minute and then the next fades out. Using apps like firestick. And just using tv no apps as well

So far so good! I purchased this TV to use in our loft as a secondary hangout room with the intention of using it to watch Sunday Football, stream movies, and play Xbox (series X). It’s been great for gaming, 120hz at 4k is awesome, and the colors are great. Black point is very dark (not quite OLED but still very good) and the brightness is outstanding. Flash grenades in Call of Duty actually feel like real flash grenades after you calibrate the TV.
I love that Google TV is built in so I don’t need to buy a chrome cast. It works just as fast as my other TV that has a chrome cast plugged in.
Sound quality is good and probably better than most TVs, but I personally think most TVs need a soundbar or some other form of enhanced speakers. I just bought a soundbar that supports Dolby Atmos and I think it will really help unlock the TV’s full potential.
To put it in perspective, our living room has the same size LG UR8000. That’s a great TV as well if you want entry level 4K but I can certainly see that this Hisense has better color and is obviously more capable for gaming. It also supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby vision which are cool perks.
As long as the TV lasts, I think that 5 stars is very fair. Check out your local outlet to see if you can score a good deal on an open-box version like I did. It made the TV even more valuable to me.

First things first:
1. Color and Brightness is very good considering the cost.
2. Google TV is decent, I have not used anything other than the Apple TV App.
3. It has Wifi 6e I believe which is a nice plus.
4.120hz 4k mode properly works.
5. Price is excellent at $1k.
6. So far a good support experience.
7. Sound is excellent for a TV. It actually sounds better and more room filling than the LG Oled C1 it replaced. I actually feel like the sound is better than my Sonos arc.
144hz only works with AMD videocards.
Unfortunately my TV has a pixelation/flickering issue when it is in this mode. Any areas of the screen with stark changes on contrast i.e. borders of windows, the TV has lines of pixels moving up and down the display. The TV is still usable in this mode while I wait for the technician to come out to repair/replace it and 120hz 4k mode works perfect, the artifacts go away.
Hopefully this is a limited experience. Overall I am still happy with the purchase. The TV offers exceptional performance for the money. Support did go very well outside of one technician having connectivity issues. I reached out on a Saturday and they have someone scheduled a little more than a week out to come to my home. It was relatively painless and hope the repair solves it. Happy it has a 2 year warranty :)

Amazing Bang for the buck. Priced at $900 and used some credits to get it well under that. Settings out of Box had the WOW factor. Watched movies and mesmerized. That was simply on ENERGY SAVER. Played with all settings. This TV can get very bright with Vivid.
Sound Quality is great for the TV and can adjust those settings as well. I have surround sound for movies and sports but for basic TV the quality is great and able to get very loud.
To my eye, I have yet to see any Blur, stutter or anything negative. If you want the best picture for movies make sure you get a player that supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Get the most out of this TV.
Haven't experienced ANY issues some people report with Hisense. Nothing cuts out. Nothing seems slow to me. No issues with screen at all.
Lastly I know there are brighter TVs out there. U8K, a TCL and some others. But this gets plenty bright. You'd have to wear sunglasses with the others unless you plan to watch a lot in bright rooms, and or during the day with blinds open.
This TV was everything I hoped for AND MORE. Highly recommend.

Blown away at what Hisense has to offer and this tv does not disappoint. Best value for the tech this brings to the table. I never gave this brand a try till two years ago and I have not been disappointed yet. Perfectly pairs with my PS5 with the high refresh rate and is also nice and bright while in a very bright room.

I like everything about this TV. It has a very deep blacks. The brightness is insane. It’s awesome. If there is one setback, it’s at the viewing angle you need to be right in front of TV. That’s not a problem for me because I have an articulating arm but if you need a wide viewing it without it getting grayed out, you might look elsewhere, but if you’re in front of it for the money, this is the best TV

Really good value for the money. If brightness is a primary consideration the U8 series might be a better bet, but picture and sound are as good as sets I've seen that cost twice as much. Sound is remarkably good for a set in this price range and if go for a higher end set you'd probably be adding a soundbar anyway. For someone looking for a TV that doesn't break the bank or as a second TV for a bedroom I don't think you can beat this set for the price.

Exceedingly happy with the 75 inch set which has an IPS panel instead of the VA panel of all the other u75k. Below I posted a straight on photo and an angled photo (using 6 year old phone) of a paused football commercial, White jerseys stay white, colors don't washout and you can read the words on the bottom. I also think there's plenty of contrast in park rooms. Great Value

Don’t expect OLED picture when buying this TV. As a mini-led tv, it’s fantastic especially of the price point. Even with 1000 nits rating on the U7K, I believe it easily past that. Nice black levels even on very dark rooms. Hisense though can make this TV even greater by improving the dimming zones algorithm so the black bars on movies don’t get some elevation when viewing in dark rooms. Second, the viewing angle on the 75” is narrow(stay 0-35 degrees) when viewing at night because over 35 degrees, the screens is blooming. Overall, Hisense has created a mass market TV with top tier performance.

More problems than it’s worth. Had two replacements and they all suffered from the same panel problems. The picture looks excellent but the quality assurance just isn’t there. Hisense has a lot to work on. Also what others said moron handling isn’t great. Lots of judder and when motion correction is applied it looks wrong. Movies don’t look right when slow panning shots are happening.
My panel has dust or little dirty pebbles embedded into the screen. You can see it when you get close to the screen. These little specs are everywhere and block pixels. This was present in both replacement units. Also present in both units was led bleed through on the bottom right hand coroner of the screen. This should all be flawless instead every unit I saw including the display in store had this issue!
They really need to update this software and fix these basic problems. This could be a great tv but basic problems right from the get go make it my worst purchase of the last few years. Best Buy customer service is impossible to work with it’s all outsourced nonsense where they transfer you 9 times but never solve any of the issues at hands. Won’t be shopping at Best Buy ever again or buying another Hisense until they get moron handling and the quality control under control.
Very disappointed I wasted money on a set Best Buy wants to only replace and not refund. Avoid Best Buy and avoid this tv.

Wow. Absolutely stunned. I also have a 65” LG B2 OLED and i prefer this. The brightness is insane. Color is great. So is motion handling. Blacks are functionally as good unless you’re specifically focusing on the blacks to compare. Audio is fantastic. Hands down the best sound I’ve heard from a TV. No soundbar needed unless you have a 5.1+ for more channel seperation. Also nice that you can put the feet inside or outside depending on the width of your TV stand. Only complaint so far is that watching live football on the peacock app has a bad stutter during fast parts (ball being thrown). That is just the app though, as it looks fantastic when streamed from my Nvidia Shield on the TV.

I bought this to play xbox series x and ps5. The refressh rate can too 144 which is future proof for some years. The picturgor the is amazing. The remote is nice and simple and Hisense got rid of the awful lag in the interface. Now all is good. This tv is up there with higher end tvs. This is by far the best hisense model i have biught. The u8 looks even better. If you wqnt a high end tv disguised as a midrange 5hisnit your tv. Oh and rhe sound, the freaking sound on theater mode with the subwoofer built in sounds great. First tv i can say has great sound as well. If you a gamer you need this tv in your life.

This is an outstanding tv for the money. I just picked up a second, smaller, identical set for another room. Picture quality is exceptional. Two things that could be better. One, off center viewing angle is limited. Picture looks washed out when viewing angle is excessive. Two, built in audio is pretty poor. In both cases I picked up a JBL 500 sound bar, which is excellent and greatly improves the built in sound.

This is perfect for a large room like a living room / board room, Since it has a native 120Hz Refresh Rate it is an excellent picture quality. The speakers on the TV itself are already great, but we paired this with a Hisense Soundbar to have the perfect movie night setup. Superbowl, big Boxing/MMA fights, and movies all look amazing. Very happy with the purchase. FYI: If you plan to use one of these newer sound bars, use the ARC/eARC HMDI port and a HDMI cable that is 2.1 or more for everything to work how it is supposed to.

I've always bought Samsung and LG, except for a phenomenal deal I had gotten on a Vizio, which died in a lightning surge. When shopping for a replacement, the reviews for the Hisense U7 were so good I decided I had to check it out. Drove by Best Buy and saw it in person - the picture really is comparable to sets that cost twice as much. So far the 1000 nit brightness is plenty in our living room, even on bright sunny Texas days. Would definitely recommend this set or the U8.

The tv is great for the price. For some reason, I can’t spend over $1k on a tv. I researched and took a chance on this tv. Despite the reviews saying this tv is crap, I still took a chance and am so happy I did. The quality is superb and the responsiveness is instant. Hisense is a great company.
The 120hz refresh opens up doors to viewing I have never experienced before. I have total tech, so if it breaks within the alotted time, I’m confident Best Buy will take care of it.
