With only 120 dimming zones this seems to be the only issue with this TV. The white text on black backgrounds glow can be distracting but not a deal breaker. Its competitor, the Vizio P-series 75in has 210 in which you pay more for less glow($600 currently). You have to prioritize on what you need. Sound is excellent from the backfiring speakers while wall mounted. Colors are vibrant and seem accurate for the most part. IMO, the U7G is the best in class and price.

The specifications are great. 4k/120hz refresh rate/2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 4 HDMI ports total/Android Smart TV Platform. I know a 4k Smart TV with the specifications it offers will last me for years to come.

The Good: The TV and remote have a great design with inputs being easily accessible, latest features for gaming and HDMI 2.1 content, and the picture is good for very bright and vibrant scenes. The (very) Bad: The blooming on any moderately dark picture is out of control. Nighttime scenes or movies with bars on the top and bottom have especially bad bloom that distracts from the content. All four corners (especially my top and bottom-left) have HORRIBLE backlight bleed that protrudes some 10 inches from the corner. It's even easily noticeable in brighter scenes as it washes out any colors close to the corners. I have tried different settings for the backlight and local dimming features with little change. I wish I could return this TV, but I am past the return policy.

Tv picture is great with a little tuning. First TV with Android, takes a little getting used to. Work with Google home. Only annoyance so far is must remove and reinstall remote batteries after it has been sitting. Remote will not respond to any button until I do that. We only have streaming services and slow internet but the difference between this and HD TCL 55 inch is amazing.

Love the color it outputs and the picture. Easy to operate.

For the price, it can’t be beat. Better than any Vizio out there

I came from Samsung and Sony, and Hisense is such a killer value for the price. I’m a big fan. Great colors and beautiful picture for a fraction of the price.

Love it. Picture is great easy set up Google voice works good Speakers could be better i have a sound bar that makes that a no factor to me

Excellent tv. Just as good as the $2200 competitors. True 120hz. Games look great. This one is a vga type so very vivid

Great picture quality and ease of use. Great response from gaming counsels to movies. No issues thus far very happy with purchase.

75" is simply massive. Great picture quality, but darker scenes tend to produce a decent amount of blooming. If you are looking for a cheap massive TV, this is great! If you want something that has a more consistent picture, spend the money and get something nicer.

Everything on this tv is great except the latenite blooming. Other than that it preforms perfectly

Love the TV looks great. Had geek squad mount it on my wall. 4K Con tent looks great on the TV but the only complaint is that 4K 120 gaming content isn’t displayed properly and that was one of the main reasons I bought the TV

Excellent TV. I did have issue with first one having 2 purple dots on screen. I had Geek squad do the install. They immediately noticed and scheduled a replacement and left TV there till be one came. Came back and installed few days later and all good. Colors and images look great! I came from Hisense 65h9 and looks a lot better. Highly recommend. Recommend geek squad as well. Didn't hurt that I got TV for $350 of either!!

This tv picture is the best ive ever seen and ive had alot of tvs. My only negative is the spekers are the worst ive ever had. They put all their tech in the screen which is fine. Just have to get a soundbar no matter what.

I've had this TV for almost two weeks now, and I've unfortunately been having several issues with it in this short time. I previously had a Sharp brand Roku TV that did not have any of the issues I'm about to list here that's been happening with this Hisense UG7 (I got the 75 inch version): -It randomly will not play sound through my soundbar though it's plugged in with optical out. -It doesn't pop up with the ability to cast to it on our phones no matter what settings I've tried to toggle on the TV to make it appear. -The Apple TV app does not work properly (infinite buffering and/or no sound) and there are several posts online with people running into the same thing with Android TV not playing nice with the Apple TV app. - The TV will sometimes display the message "Weak or no signal" when turning on my Nintendo Switch or when my Xbox Series X toggles between normal viewing and HDR, so I have to unplug and re-plug in the HDMI cable for that console for the TV to finally recognize it. - The Google Assistant randomly interrupted our show with no input from me or my wife, and we had the microphones disabled. I really liked that this TV has HDMI 2.1 and can do 120Hz at 4K, but all these issues drag down the experience. I don't know if these issues would be fixed in a future update or if I got a faulty unit, but it doesn't sit well with us to have a new TV that was three times more expensive than the one we had before, and it has all these issues that our budget TV didn't have...

My first TV wouldn’t work right. It was choppy and blurry so I had to return it. I’ve had no issues with my second one. Great picture. Android “okay Google” works great. Works well with my XBox series X.

Excellent tv, great picture and easy hookup. Great product for the price!
