Fantastic picture for gaming

I usually shop by brand but this TV caught my eye every time i went shopping. I finally got it home and it does not disappoint. The bold range of colors makes my older games look like new. It is a little darker than I would like unless the power save options are disabled.

The TV freezes up, tiny pixels boxes shows up a lot. It breaks up a lot into mirror pixels. Just received Class Action Claims notification that this Hisense is defective. Spent 2 hours trying to get another TV and I am a Member of you Club with Geek Squad benefits. You have disappointed me. First buy from Best Buy!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had ordered this TV originally, but was convinced by a BestBuy employee during pickup to trade it out for a similarly priced Samsung model instead for longevity and his experience with the brand. I have owned several Hisense TV’s over the years and the Mai problems I have seen is the system gets pretty laggy after a while and seems to have an underwhelming amount of internal storage.

Fantastic TV for bright rooms

Crazy high brightness and vibrant colors. System UI is not to my liking, however just hooked up a new Apple TV and all upscaling, color controls, etc. through Apple TV. For those looking to purchase the 75 in, it's an IPS panel, not VA like the 65 and 85 in models.

Glitchy TV.

After 3 months the TV started glitching, disconnecting from the internet and a whole host of other glitches. About 5 days ago there was a big update that my TV did and afterward it was almost worthless. I shut down the power to the TV and it would work for a few hours before the glitching kicked in. I finaly did a full factory reset and the TV worked great for about a day and a half. All the glitching, audio issues, and randomly disconnecting from the internet came back with a vengeance. Since I am a total geek squad rewards member, I was told that I would have a year to exchange this TV if I had to. Best Buy told me I was out of luck and to contact Hisense. I am still waiting for a reply from Hisense but I am truly disappointed with Best Buy for dismissing me like this. In the past I was able to work with Best Buy with the few issues I had without issue. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Best Buy if they are going to renege on their Total Geek Squad protection against products that are clearly lemons.
