Big, Bright and Almost OLED

Hisense 75 returned due to audio issue

Terribly disappointing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Hisense 758UK tv in Sept. 2023. The picture on many shows is almost totally dark with no adjustment available. I contacted customer service got an incident number and went through the whole process. Hisense wants me to download some firmware. This is a complicated process which requires advanced computer knowledge and a computer. Although the set has a two year warranty and I am 76 and disabled, Hisense refuses to send someone to do this and repeatedly tells me to get a “family or friend “for assistance. Hisense, if you’re interested in helping me, don’t tell me to call customer service unless you know “a member of my family or friend “who has the right equipment, knowledge, and the time to come over and do this for me.

USB firmware updates are just an alternative option. The TV can receive updates over-the-air, but in the event that you would like to check for available updates, you can go to Settings > System > About > System update. Good TV .. didn’t last long

Hisense, not good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV in April, 2024 to replace a brand new Samsung that I purchased that came out of the box with lines in the picture. Yesterday morning tried to turn on the tv and nothing. The tv is completely dead. Tried all of the restarts and other stuff they have you try and nothing. Also beware of purchasing the geek squad protection!!!

Poor customer service
