    Fantastic TV! Set up was a breeze, operation is smooth and user friendly, and looks wonderful on my wall! If you are on the fence about Hisense TVs don't hesitate!

    Happy with the television overall. Price was fair and it has a good picture. There is a delay when changing channels which is a bit slow.

    Big, Bright and Almost OLED

    Very close to OLED contrast and a much better price and no issues with potential burn-in. Audio is good for a TV, but much better with Sonos arc.

    Colors were amazing, price performance couldn’t be beat. Unfortunately we had to return it due audio issues with Netflix and Prime Best Buy was great on the return…we are buying a Sony from Best Buy.

    I purchased a Hisense 758UK tv in Sept. 2023. The picture on many shows is almost totally dark with no adjustment available. I contacted customer service got an incident number and went through the whole process. Hisense wants me to download some firmware. This is a complicated process which requires advanced computer knowledge and a computer. Although the set has a two year warranty and I am 76 and disabled, Hisense refuses to send someone to do this and repeatedly tells me to get a “family or friend “for assistance. Hisense, if you’re interested in helping me, don’t tell me to call customer service unless you know “a member of my family or friend “who has the right equipment, knowledge, and the time to come over and do this for me.

USB firmware updates are just an alternative option.     Good TV .. didn’t last long

    The TV Quality was AMAZING, but the Panel went out not even 2 days later, Had to go exchange it and unfortunately they didn’t have the same on in Stock

    Hisense, not good.

    I purchased this TV in April, 2024 to replace a brand new Samsung that I purchased that came out of the box with lines in the picture. Yesterday morning tried to turn on the tv and nothing. The tv is completely dead. Tried all of the restarts and other stuff they have you try and nothing. Also beware of purchasing the geek squad protection!!!

    Bought TV had issues right out of the box hisense sent a guy to repair same problem reoccurring now getting runaround from hisense on a refund would not reccomend buying
