It has very good specifications for the budget minded. However, I needed repair after only one day. FYI, it doesn't matter if you buy the Geek Squad protection plan because it cannot be used until the manufacturers warranty expires. Beware of Hisense post-sales support. After you wait for almost an hour to get a technician, they don't even know how to navigate through the settings except to bring you to the factory reset option. Since my issue wasn't solved with a factory reset their next step is to pass me off to a 3rd party for further troubleshooting/repair. The 3rd party company is never available and forces you to leave voicemail which are not returned. It took me four days and 50+ calls to get someone on the phone. Some minor troubleshooting and eventually dispatching an onsite technician through a 4th party dispatcher. I was told the technician would call a day early to confirm the arrival window and again approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. I only received a call after he was already en route and less than 5 minutes away. After replacing the mainboard the problem still persists so I'm returning within the buyer's remorse period for a refund.

When you turn it on its beautiful but then the processor, or lack there of kicks in and the jutter, stutter etc kicks in. sometimes it great sometimes you have to wait and look at the trails .. I went to rtings.com and did the settings they said and still same. I had to turn off google wifi, uninstall or disable all apps and use appletv 4k and then it worked . I am sending it back today for a sony Bravia X90L
