Nice picture but buggy

This is dreadful in the middle of the night since it's a few feet from my bed. I've tried to fix the issue for weeks. People on the Internet say it's a design flaw. I have to unplug it every night, otherwise it will come on several times while I sleep and wake me up. Dumb problem. Will not purchase this brand again.

Worst buying experience ever

I ordered open box TV & arranhed for pickup by renting a van only to discover the tv is broken. They made no arramgemnts to ship a replacement. Complete waste of time , never ordering from best buy again

Asking nearly double what the tv is worth
