Keeps going back to store mode

When the system is working it works find but then it keeps jumping back into store mode. Since this is being used for a sign display this is unacceptable. We have spent hours on the line with Best Buy Tech support. Tech support was very professional. Their solution worked for a while but now it started going back to store mode.

Wifi problems

Horrible for streaming

And google tv is so smooth. I will buy another one for my living room. I dont need OLED. This will be just fine and way cheaper.
