Received the tv on friday. Watched for a few hours and then horizontal and vertical lines formed on the tv. Bestbuy extended plan was purchased but getting things scheduled isnt the easiest. 85”. Went with bestbuy because they have provided us great service in the past vs other companies.

The HiSense tv works great. My iPhone and computer both connect to wireless display without any issues. The apps work flawlessly, and the colors … perfect. The only issue is with Bluetooth connection with headphones, you have to unplug the dongle and the reinsert whenever you switch from TV speakers to Headset.. it doesn’t auto detect.. and since the USB port is in the back… it is a little time consuming and and a disappointment. But if you are just using the TV speakers.. they sound great. I am also a PS 5 gamer and the detail is so much better, colors more vibrant.. and it enhances the viewing of the game.

Let's start with pros: the picture quality is good the sound is poor Google TV is good the weight is great for mounting. The cons: this is my second Hisense 85" Led 4K the first was 2021 model lasted only two and half years didn't buy extended warranty my bad. But overall, I believe the 21 model was of better-quality better picture better sound and more responsive Google TV. That being said still a good product for the price.

This is one of the best purchases I made from Best Buy! This Tv is great! Picture perfect, sound is great (I can hear it from downstairs when I’m upstairs) it’s extremely heavy! We decided not to put it on the wall we got a great tv stand for it! Thanks Best Buy!

Really love this TV. Had it for 4 months now. Was easy to set up and works great. Love the sound on it and the video quality is really great for the price. Love it for when I game on it and watch my movies can really tell a different from my old Sony tv.

I was skeptical at 1st because they didn't have a display that I could view. So I purchased site unscene. Glad I did. Great tv for the price. Best part is that it has two separate locations for the feet, so I didn't have to purchase a new stand. Picture quality is decent and comes loaded with apps. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I bought a $4,500 Samsung 8 K first. After so many issues with it, the screen and the motherboard were replaced. Nothing helped the picture, and they gave me a refund. I used my refund to buy the Hisense 85-inch. I am SOOOOO IMPRESSED with the Hisense. The picture is better, the Blacks are far better, and I could not be happier with it.

Pictute is fair. Picture setting will need configuration for a better quality. Sound is average. Screen viewing size is awesome. Apps work fine; I haven’t noticed any lag. Definitely worth $699.
