Waiting on geek squad to figure it out. Hope its back to normal because i was really enjoying it.

I have had to do this twice since having the TV I pictured a 75 inch and a 86 inch in the same product but only have this problem with the larger one

Down in 9 months!

Then, it took 15days for HiSense Customer Care to find someone to fix my TV. Most importantly, this was after numerous calls and escalations to their Supervisors / Senior Mgmt for some immediate attention. Secondly, the O/S seems to be poorly built. TV starts running slow (you can see that while playing videos) after you open 3-4 apps. So either you will need to keep cleaning-up cache, or restart once in a while to free up memory. Definitely not a good experience so far!!

Had to call Sanus directly for them to let me know that there is only 2 mounts that are compatible with this tv. The holes in the back of the tv are 32” apart! Sheesh.

Decent Value TV

I went through 3 TV'S to get a decent one. The size is great to watch movies on but the colors were not the best and I had quality issues on two of the TV'S and light bleed on all of them. With all of this said if the price is right then get it on sale and make sure you sit far back enough to enjoy the size.

First one arrived with broken screen but Best Buy made it right quickly. Second one is AWESOME. 2. VERY heavy so if you plan on mounting it on the wall you better have some strong friends. Otherwise, just spring a little extra money and have them install it for you. 3. Bought a Hisense soundbar with subwoofer to go with it and the integration between the two is seamless and sounds great!
