    The picture is good and the price is great, but I've had to unplug it twice in three uses because it froze and there was no other way to get it back. Not ok.

    It has just been three months we purchase this TV and it showed us the black screen. Then I had to reset it couple of times with online trouble shooting. Now TV works but remote does not work. I bought second remote to make it work and still does not. Now trying to resolve with hisense customer service but very disappointing for.brand new tv
