It was such a fast process, from placing the order online, to picking up on the same day 2hrs after placing the order. My husband is enjoying his birthday gift.

85" tv Best Buy failed to deliver since black Frid

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be honest I don't really write reviews about products or services I always think that you have to believe in what you sell or the ethics of your work, unfortunately for me the whole month since black Friday has been just a complete nightmare, I had 7 options to buy the TV we wanted and we went ahead and ordered from Best Buy, it was supposed to come a few days later, it didn't, I understand is a busy holiday no problem they rescheduled it, we took off from work because the main thing that it said about the delivery was that an adult 18 year or older it had to be present and sign the confirmation order, we were excited waiting in the morning when I saw a missed call, I called back and it was a driver he said that he left the TV somewhere outside a few minutes ago, we went outside and there was nothing and the fun part of it is that we have a ring doorbell camera it was nothing there, now take a couple of things in consideration Dec 11th was pouring so bad, also the first thing that I told him was what do you mean you left it somewhere why didn't you ring the bell or knock on the door, plus a person 18 years or older was supposed to sign the delivery, he didn't know what to say so I told him that I was going to report it right away, also keep in mind that is an 85" TV you can't really missed. I called Best Buy right away the agent apologized saying that he probably would return because it was so early and that the order was marked in transit still, we waited the whole day they didn't returned I called back they told me to wait until the next day, I did and the order was marked as completed, I called and talked to an agent they apologized again and said that they use a third party for deliveries and they can't really control them, he told me not to worry that I would get a call back from Best Buy in 72 hours, after days and days no one called me. I called back they again apologize and said that they escalated the case already that I would get a call right away to get a new reschedule for the TV, again after days they didn't call me. I called again and the agent told me to go physically to Best Buy so I went to the store the manager told me that they can't do anything unfortunately because I ordered online and that they are separated the store from the online is like two different companies, so I called back and they put me in hold with a supervisor and they told me that I would get a call back in 2 hours, it never happened again, after days and days I called and they told me that I was speaking to the right agent that is in charge of the deliveries department they apologized for the 100 time and told me that I was getting a call back to reschedule the delivery and of course that never happened and that was 4 days ago, so yeah I don't know how much time it will take them to resolve this matter, they use a third company party I never got my product and I don't think that I would never use Best Buy again for future business. I will update this review to inform what Best Buy did to fix this problem. So disappointed
