Wish I could get my money back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1 Multiple menus is a horrible UI not a menu in a menu but completely separate menus depending on where you are or what you watching 2 Picture quality is 8/10 but not even close to customizable as my previous Hisense 3 Sound 2/10 4 constantly disconnects from soundbar 5 Remote 0-10 I’m on my third in 4 months and no my dog doesn’t use them as a chew toy 6 The firmware update process is ridiculous and VERY unintuitive requiring your laptop a usb flash drive with special formatting and specific capacity (they don’t tell you that until after you buy one) downloading their software and then starting your setup process all over again (30 mins easy if you care) 7 And even when you have a case number you’ll need to re-explain your issue because reading is hard Some of the customer service reps were very nice and seemed to care others not so much.

USB Firmware updates are just an alternative option. The TV can receive updates over-the-air, but in the event that you would like to check for available updates, you can go to Settings > System > About > System update. 2 months old and the motherboard went out
