Now I’m looking to replace my other tvs with google based. Screen is huge and bright and vibrant I’m obsessed over all. Best Buy was very helpful as well with loading the tv.

Paid 250 for de-mount of old TV and charged me an additional $70 for TV connect fee for putting new tv on tv stand and just turning on the tv and connection cords. Ridiculous. Plus one technician asked if I had cash after asking how much the tv connect fee would be. If in Lou. Area don’t use mana/man-tec for tv installs. They’re clowns. So I put an additional $300 for tv re mount and to pull new tv out of box and turn it on. Silliness. 5 ⭐️ tv. 1 star installer. Bc tech tried to shake me down for cash just to re mount old tv. Bad business. Not a fan and will no longer buy from Best Buy bc of that.

Do Not Purchase!

I e had tvs for YEARSSS and this has never happened to any other tv. I will try and talk with customer support to trouble shoot, may need to get a soundbar now. Tv quality is basic, nothing to beag about. I shouldve soent the extra $ on the samsung smh
