The purchase was great. The delivery was canceled and rescheduled at the last minute and I was told that I would receive a guft card for the inconvenience and that it would be mailed to me. That was over three weeks ago and now no one seems to be able to help me. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred to different departments and still got no help.

Best decision I made all year. Best bang for your buck. 120hz for gaming was the reason why I made this purchase. You won't regret it.

It is first tv of this size for me - very impressive) Overall nice tv. Good colors bright enough. full black screen is not very uniform but ok for price. same for full white screen. peobably most noticeable disadvantage - not very high contrast. dark sceens look too bright with any settings. It supports 120Hz at least ( my old laptop couldn't gove more) on HDMI. Sound quality is not good, so need to use external speakers. I have no regrets i bought it. however if budget was a bit ( twice) higher class tv (like U7 or U8). but I guess there is no way I would buy smaller tv as next upgrade.

Wanted a 100” because the prices this Black Friday were the most reasonable ever. In the end the specs in this one outweighed any of the 100” models except the high end models. Picture on this one is amazing game mode one XBox Series X is very smooth. I did buy warranty but this is my 2nd Hisense TV purchase, they work just as well as the more popular brands. After mounting I realize if I would have went 100” it would have just barely made it. Best purchase all year.

Beautiful picture and excellent picture.Very Good Quality. My hubby loves it and I love it too. Sports .Soaps and Movies are so entertaining. Also when I purchased it was on sale. A week later the price went down another 100,00 and I was refunded the 100,00. I’ve purchased several other TV’s years ago. I highly recommend Best Buy. Sales people are so helpful.

Great picture quality And not much of a glare with window facing it! Easy to use interface

I purchased this 85” simply for the fact that it was the most affordable 120hz tv at its size. Turns out you get what’s you pay for. Viewing with any lights or windows open has a horrible glare. The navigation through apps is almost unbearable and the apps themselves freeze all the time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this tv.
