So far pretty good tv like the picture quality and the size. My only issue is that the menu doesn’t fade out on it on you have to manually clear it from screen

I have been purchasing televisions through Best Buy for fifteen years and the experience has been the same, which is excellent. They answered all my questions and made my purchase easy and smooth. Had to pick the television up at there warehouse location which was also easy and everyone was helpful there as well. I would recommend Best Buy for your future purchase of any television you looking for. We are really satisfied with our recent purchase.

I did a lot of research for the right TV. I currently own an LG OLED C series and love it. But this TV really stood close -- The technology within is fast (google), the picture is incredible, and just love the great features (sound settings and visual setting customizations). Totally a bargain deal.

Good picture easy to use. Replaced my 65 inch tv. Can’t beat the price.

This TV is awesome! I had considered a 100" one but I think it would have been overkill for my room. Ungraded from a U8H and it's on par or better than that one. Only issue I have seen is on this size screen some lower resolution menus didn't look that sharp but watching TV, movies and streaming all look great!

For the price point very impressed have heard horror stories about their customer service but we have had a great experience with hisense. A picture quality especially with animation is fantastic. Plus best buy is always there for any questions. It been happy holidays for sure

I decided to buy this set based on several very positive reviews I saw online by usually reputable review sites. My son and I watch our share of movies, but our main use is playing our Xbox and Playstation systems. The tv had an amazing picture, and had all of the features that we were looking for in a gaming television. After only 3 weeks, however, the televison started to have issues. While we were playing games, the television started flashing from time to time. While it was infrequent, it was still enough that it was noticable and distracting. I tried everything I could, from adjusting every setting I could think of, changing cables and inputs, to resetting the tv. Nothing has helped so far, and of course, the problems started only a few days after Best Buy's return window had ended. Now we are currently stuck with a television that cost around 1400 dollars after tax and shipping, and all I can really do is try and take it up with Hisense, which I am honestly not looking forward to doing. After this experience, I will never buy another Hisense product, nor will I purchase another item from Best Buy. The only reason I left 2 stars instead of 1 is because while watching movies there are no issues so far, and as I said, the picture is beautiful, so as of now, it at least serves that purpose. Buyer beware, however.

Perfect size TV for my new living room. Images are clear, colorful. Easy to login to all our streaming services. Setup was done by best buy and they perfectly centered it. I would buy again.

The source you use really matters when trying to get the most out of this TV. Disney+ and Netflix in HDR really help this TV pop and look amazing.

Big upgrade from my old 65 inch. Turns on almost instantaneously. The he google feature is a mice touch for quick questions and navigating to different apps. And game play is so amazing on this tv at 120fps you can’t beat it.

This is the best one I could find for the money after doing a lot of research. If you go any cheaper the picture quality is much worse. This is the sweet spot.

This tv has an excellent picture and great sound. We did not need to add a sound bar. It was a great price.

My living room has a wall of windows on one side. It is very bright in the afternoon. This television is easy to view from any angle even on the brightest day. We love it.

Great looking TV for a reasonable price. I researched 85" TVs for several months and this one kept coming up in my research. I can say that the picture and sound are terrific for sports.
