Bought an 85in U7 from Best Buy on 2/8/25. Within 1 month, there was a dimmer coulmn that formed on the right side on the screen. Contacted bith Best Buy and Hisense. Best Biy stated it was outside the return timeframe. Hisense took 2 weeks to talk with someone, and that was from me reaching out through the online chat due. At that point, the right 1/4 of the screen was now dimmer. Hisense determined that there was a panel issue, and they sent out a tech to field destroy the TV. 4/4 the TV is destroyed, 4/8 received a phone call that there is no TV available for replacement, and a check would be issued with a 2-4 week timeframe. Apparently, 2-4 weeks, according to Hisense, is "expedited." I highly recommend not buying Hisense as their warranty practices are intended to benefit the company and not the customer. No TV should be destroyed without having a replacement availability. If you bought a TV on sale, forget about a replacement. They will cut you a check and hope you buy a replacement at full cost so they continue to make money and not lose out of profits.

After 13 days the back light panel blew. I like the brightness of mini- led, but it’s too much of a gamble to get a non-defective tv. Not worth it to me.

I would of liked to have the tv but they had me move everything for a delivery and never showed up with the tv to install
I called them while waiting for the delivery to see if they were in route and they said there wasn’t a ticket to install.
Why would they call me and have me move ever for installation and not even have me scheduled for an installation???
Just saying that if this was a small Mom and Pops business they would have loved a 2000.00 sale. But to a corporation we are just a number that they lost.

Although others have had good things to say about this TV, I think I must’ve had a defective one. Could never get the picture with the correct color or acceptable sharpness. Returned and bought a Samsung which I’m very happy with.

I bought this TV as an upgrade after some living room modifications. The TV looks great mounted on the wall and the picture is very good for the price. Plus all the capabilities and available connections in the back, it is hard to argue about anything this TV offers. I stream my live television so the overall quality could be better, but that is at no fault of the TV, only the streaming providers. Movies are excellent quality with no complaints. You wont be disappointed!
