Don’t do it . Had to switch mine to TCL . Much better overall. The mounting holes for them are different so keep that in mind . I have to lower my wall mount now . The TCL everything is much better . I should have stuck with my gut but was persuaded to the Hisense .

Hisense 98 inch TV

We purchased a 98-inch Hisense TV during a Thanksgiving deal. Because of its size, it required two people to assemble and mount. After everything was set up, we immediately noticed white spots around the edges of the screen.
I contacted Hisense customer service and followed all the troubleshooting steps they requested, but the issue did not go away. They then asked me to open a service case, which required unmounting the TV just to obtain the model number, serial number, and manufacturing date—a very difficult and unreasonable task for a TV this large.
After providing the requested information, the process dragged on through multiple emails, with customer service asking for new information each time instead of requesting everything upfront. Throughout this process, customer support was poor, slow, and unfriendly.
Instead of repairing or replacing the TV, Hisense decided to send a technician to destroy the panel, and then stated that they—not me—would decide whether to issue a credit or a replacement. To my disbelief, they also said that it is my responsibility to dispose of the destroyed 98-inch TV, which would cost a significant amount of money on top of everything else.
The entire experience has been terrible and extremely frustrating. I have never had to go through anything like this with any other appliance we have purchased.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this brand, especially for large or expensive items.

The delivery was good but when I open the box for the TV it did not have the screws for the legs and it didn’t come with a remote and it didn’t come with the cored to plug the tv in

The item description is wrong the stand is not 50" apart .. so i had this huge tv i couldnt use in my house for weeks waiting on them to bring me the right one only for them to contact me telling me they didnt have th right tvbut they had a 100" istead that was the same price as the tv i ordered before the sales price but they wouldnt make the same price or even come close so needless to say this whole process has turned me away from best buy all together

I've had this tv month, 2nd Hisense tv,the 1st.had initial problems but ok now.Like both tv's.Both were really good deals.

Hisense Delivers Great Value with Stunning Visuals

I’m very satisfied with this TV overall. The picture quality is impressive, with rich, bright colors. While the black levels don’t compare to an OLED, the price-to-performance ratio makes it a great value. The only weakness is the built-in audio, which sounds somewhat muffled. Pairing it with external speakers or a sound system (I use Sonos) significantly improves the experience.
