    Ive had a couple other affordable surround sound systems and this is the best on so far. The sound quality of the behind speakers is great!

    Overall the soundbar didn’t sound too bad for the price. Just could not get over how bad the subwoofer was. Sounded like it was going to fall apart. So decided to return it.

    Bought the soundbar with high expectations. I have a hisense u8n and bought the soundbar expecting that hiconcerto feature will work seamless. Unfortunately the TV and the sound bar doesn't synch well in hiconcerto mode. Sometimes sound comes from tv and soundbar (on earc) a few seconds apart and creates an echo effect for the dialogues. Same is the case with subwoofer. Even for 5.1 hd movies on Netflix, subwoofer may or may not work. Same issue with rear speakers. Opened a ticket with hisense, they closed it without resolving the issue. Hisense doesn't accept returns and i cannot return it to best buy as the 15 day window is now crossed. Spend a little more and get some quality soundbar. You get what you paid for. And the customer service sucks as bad as the product.

    Poor connection and sound.

    I've had nothing but problems with this system. The sub will go into a disconnect-reconnect loop every few minuets. The right rear channel also goes in and out. It's really frustrating trying to make this work. I have the sub about 3 feet away from the soundbar, and it still goes into the loop. Even when it's connected, the sub output is almost nothing. I have an older 5.1 system from Hisense, and it is much better sounding, without issues. I wouldn't buy this model.

    Right side speaker wont connect, did all troubleshooting didn't work. Rating is my experience, may work for others
