Poor connection and sound.

The sub will go into a disconnect-reconnect loop every few minuets. The right rear channel also goes in and out. It's really frustrating trying to make this work. I have the sub about 3 feet away from the soundbar, and it still goes into the loop. Even when it's connected, the sub output is almost nothing. I have an older 5.1 system from Hisense, and it is much better sounding, without issues. I wouldn't buy this model.

Didn't work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item wouldn't connect to my u8n. As a result I couldn't get hi-concerto or the ez play menu. I called hisense but could only get automated help which ended with them telling me to update my TV firmware on their website. Entering my sn only got me to owners manual no firmware. The sn of the soundbar was rejected. Im exchanging for another to see if i have better luck since this was a demo.
